| In his report to the Nineteenth National Congress,Xi Jinping made a comprehensive plan for the implementation of a healthy China strategy.Requiring all localities and departments to promote health education with the aim of popularizing healthy living,In order to protect the health of the people,we should fulfill the goals of "healthy China 2030" and "the 13th Five-Year Plan for Health and Health","the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Promotion and Education of Health",and so on.In the new media era,the disease prevention and control organization applies the new government affairs media(Weibo,WeChat)to carry on the health transmission management has become the general trend,has the timeliness,the convenience,the interaction,the opening and so on superiority.At the same time,it also faces the corresponding challenges and problems.Based on the definition of new government media,health communication and other related concepts,this study uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire,interview,and so on,according to e-government theory,crisis management theory,agenda setting theory,etc.This paper analyzes the current situation of health communication management and information dissemination and management of public health emergencies in China’s disease prevention and control institutions using new government media.It is pointed out that the current health communication management in the new media era of CDC lacks sufficient content reserve,service content can not meet the needs of the audience,lack of public interaction and guidance of media agenda,and so on.It also clarifies the relationship between CDC and the audience and the media in the management of health communication and its mission and responsibility in shaping the credibility of government agencies.It is pointed out that the causes of the problems lie in the lack of attention to the management of health communication,the lack of long-term human and financial support,the weak consciousness of service and the consciousness of shaping the credibility of government agencies.Finally,on the new media era of disease control institutions health communication management The optimization of theory puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as enhancing the degree of attention to health communication management,strengthening service consciousness,strengthening the cultivation of people’s health literacy and guiding the media agenda in the process of interaction,so as to shape the credibility of disease prevention and control institutions. |
