Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Herbal Moxibustion On Tumor Markers And Gastrointestinal Reactions In Lung Cancer Patients After Chemotherapy

Objective: To observe the effect of herbal moxibustion on tumor markers,nausea and vomiting in lung cancer patients with chemotherapy,and to provide reliable clinical data for improving the effect of chemotherapy and reducing gastrointestinal reactions after chemotherapy,and to provide a new adjuvant treatment method for clinical research of lung cancer.Method:Forty-four patients with lung cancer who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,22 cases in each group.Finally,20 cases in treatment group and 21 cases in control group were included in the statistics.Both groups were treated with conventional chemotherapy and anti-chemotherapy toxicity of conventional treatment,treatment group in the control group on the basis of the treatment plan with herbal moxibustion umbilical method.Starting from the day before chemotherapy,every 5 days,2 hours at a time,a total of two chemotherapy cycles,a total of 8 times.The tumor markers of the two groups were detected and evaluated before and after two chemotherapy cycles.the symptoms of nausea and vomiting were evaluated before the first chemotherapy and on the fourth day of each chemotherapy according to the criteria of toxicity index of anticancer drugs(WHO standard).Results: 1.The treatment group was better than the control group in relieving patients’ nausea and vomiting.And the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).2.In the reduction of tumor markers,the CEA index decreased in the treatment group before and after treatment,with significant statistical significance(p < 0.01),and the CA19-9 index decreased significantly(p < 0.05).There was no significant change in CEA and CA19-9 indexes before and after treatment(p > 0.05).3.In the KPS score,the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the comparison between the KPS integral groups,the patient’s quality of life treatment group is better than the control group,the difference has significant statistical significance(p < 0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of conventional chemotherapy and anti-chemotherapy toxicity treatment,intervening herbal moxibustion umbilical intervention measures can effectively improve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy,reduce tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9)indicators,improve the efficacy of chemotherapy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
