| Objective: to sum up the advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and then to evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified wumei pill.Methods: 60 cases of mixed cold and heat type were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission: treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given mesalazine sustained-release granules combined with modified wumei pill,while the control group was given mesalazine sustained-release granules.Both groups were treated for 1 month.Colonoscopy and pathology were reviewed within 1 month after the course of treatment.the curative effects of the two groups were compared in various aspects.Results: after the treatment,the curative effect of TCM symptoms was significantly different between the two groups by Wilcoxon rank sum test(p < 0.05).Compared with traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,the treatment group was 9.80 3.73,the control group was 14.2 3.65,after statistical treatment,the two groups have very significant difference(p < 0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.01).The pathological changes of mucosa under enteroscopy were statistically analyzed by Wilcoxon rank sum test,and there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).Compared with the clinical comprehensive curative effect,the Wilcoxon rank sum test was used for statistical treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.01).Conclusion: the treatment group(mesalazine sustained-release granules + modified wumei pill)in all aspects of comparison,are significantly better than the control group(mesalazine sustained-release granules)statistical analysis,there are significant differences.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment has greater advantages,once again see the outstanding effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,worthy of further research and promotion. |
