| Object The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effectiveness and safety in the treatment of Wumei Pill on the the cold-and-hot mixed type of chronic diarrhea,and mainly discussed systematically formula compatibility and treatment effect of Wumei Pill from two aspects of theoretical research and clinical application,in order to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of chronic diarrhea.Methods The study choose 64 outpatients who visit to Wuhan traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and meet the diagnostic criteria for cold-and-hot type of chronic diarrhea between June 2015 and August 2016.Then divided them into treatment group and control group,both group had 32 cases,1 patient withdrew in the treatment group and 3 patients in the control group.At the same time making detailed personal information and patient data records.Both of the two groups of patients in such aspects as age,gender,course of the disease and symptoms are comparable that no statistical difference(P>0.05).Treatment group was treated with oral solution of Chinese medicine decoction of Wumei Pill(early and late orally twice,30 minutes after the meal);the control group was treated by taking Smecta orally(3g bid,between meals).Two groups of patients with treatment for 6 weeks,informed patient was banned during the treatment of eating spicy,greasy,cold etc excitant food,and can't take other associated with the disease treatment or have an effect on the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine,moderate exercise,avoid mood very excited.Outpatient visits once a week,detailed record the change of the patients,if patients with adverse reactions to immediately stop medication and to deal with the symptoms.Two groups of patients before and after treatment the vital signs of determination,(blood,feces,urine)routine test,liver and kidney function and 12 lead ecg examination all need to be recorded.Then adopt the method of questionnaire,through the symptoms score to evaluate efficacy and safety.Results1.Short-term effects:After 6 weeks treatment,the treatment group of 31 cases,7 cases got cure,13 cases had marked effect,effective in 8 cases and ineffective in 3,the total effective rate was 90.32%;the control group of 29 cases,6 cases got cure,11 cases were markedly effective,9 cases of effective and ineffective in 3,the total effective rate was 89.66%,the total effective rate of the two groups was no statistical differences in the aspect of clinical symptoms improved(P>0.05).2.Long-term effects: According the statistics at 4 weeks after the treatment,treatment group of 31 cases,8 cases got cure,12 cases had marked effect,effective in 8 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 90.32%;control group 29 cases,4 cases got cure,9 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,5 had no effect,the total effective rate was 82.76%.The total effective rate of treatment group were higher than the control group,the results have statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Safety:The two groups patients in the process of treatment there was no adverse reaction,patients' vital signs,(blood,feces,urine)routine test,liver and kidney function and 12 lead ecg examination had no significant effect after drug treatment.Conclusions1.Cold-and-hot mixed type is an important type of chronic diarrhea.The disorder of the spleen and stomach is the main reason of cold-and-hot mixed type of chronic diarrhea.2.Xinkaikujiang Method is an important treatment for cold-and-hot mixed type of chronic diarrhea.Wumei Pill is an efficient recipe for the treatment of chronic cold-and-hot mixed type of chronic diarrhea,it can obviously improve the symptoms of patients.3.Contrast the long-term curative effect both group,Wumei Pill is obviously better than smecta.At the same time,Wumei Pill is safe,reliable and no obvious adverse reaction in the clinical practice,shows that it has high clinical value. |
