Professor Lin Huijuan Excavation And Discussion Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:Collection of Professor Lin Huijuan in treating heart failure cases,the use of “ Traditional ChineseMedicine Inheritance Support System(2.5V)” and the commonly used Chinese medicine prescription law professor Lin Huijuan analysis of dialectical diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure with Qi and yin deficiency,summed up in the treatment of chronic heart failure Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome experience and treatment characteristics,using data mining methods to explore the famous doctor summed up experience,and provide the reference for clinical thinking and academic experience better explore and inherit the old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 80 cases of chronic gastritis with deficiency of qi and yin in chronic heart failure were collected from Professor Lin Huijuan from September 2015 to December 2017,and then entered “Traditional ChineseMedicine Inheritance Support System(2.5V)”,the establishment of “database ”and “prescription database”,using the software of statistical information,analysis and analysis of prescription and symptoms of clustering methods the establishment of the database related symptoms and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and related data statistics,analysis and analysis of prescription and symptoms of clustering,summarize professor Lin Huijuan treating chronic heart failure with Qi and yin deficiency of the dialectical and drug laws,so as to further clinical experience of Professor Lin Qi and yin deficiency in chronic heart failure and academic thoughts summary and study.Results:According to the statistics,the prevalence rate of male chronic heart failure syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency was significantly higher than that of women in this statistical result,and the proportion was 1.857:1.The study shows that Professor Lin Huijuan a total of 107 kinds of drugs used to warm and cold medicine mostly drug taste to sweet and bitter,the drug attributed to the heart,spleen,lung by the majority of commonly used drugs astragalus,Schisandra,ginseng,Ophiopogon and so on.Through the association rules analysis,drug frequency is greater than or equal to 30 times 37.At the same time,through cluster analysis,53 possible drug pairs and 18 potential core groups were obtained.Conclusion:Through the data mining method,using the method of association rule mining is a commonly used drug for the treatment group,the analysis found that the composition rules and treatment experience of Professor Lin Huijuan in treating chronic heart failure of Qi and yin deficiency.
