A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Nephritis Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Based On The Therapy Of Blood And Blood Water Theory

Objective:By setting up the control group,according to the theory of water qi sent medicine formula,for chronic nephritis wet resistance syndrome of kidney and blood stasis with clinical research,to observe the clinical effective and safety,wet resistance for the treatment of kidney and blood stasis syndrome of chronic nephritis start a new path.Method:According to the selection criteria of cases,60 cases were included,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each with 30 cases.The experimental group was given the benefit of yishentongluo prescription and western medicine treatment,the control group received western medicine treatment,and the treatment course was 8 weeks.The changes of renal function(SCr,BUN),serum albumin,24 h urine protein(urine protein/urine creatinine)and TCM syndromes were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:(1)syndromes curative effect: after treatment,the control effectiveness 79.31%,treatment group effective rate was 92.86%,the comparison between groups have significant difference(P < 0.05),the experimental group in the aspect of improving syndromes curative effect more significant advantages.(2)24-hour urinary protein ration and serum albumin:after 8 weeks of treatment,two groups of 24-hour urine protein were effectively controlled,and serum albumin was significantly increased.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.(3)renal function: after treatment,both groups of blood creatinine and urea nitrogen decreased before treatment,and the renal function was improved and remained stable.Compared with the control group,the decrease of urea nitrogen in the test group after8 weeks was more significant,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group in improving renal function.(4)comprehensive syndrome curative effect:treatment group total effectiveness 82.14%,control group total effectiveness48.28%,after treatment between experimental group and the control way is statistically significant(P < 0.05),treatment group effectiveness is better than the control group,experimental group in improving the comprehensive curative effect than the control group.Conclusion:Kidney party in the treatment of kidney and blood stasis with wet wet resistance syndrome of chronic nephritis with good curative effect,through clinical research tentatively suggest that the effect is remarkable in terms of control urinary protein,protect kidney function,safe and no obvious side effects.
