Observation On The Curative Effect Of Modified Nephritis 1 Prescription On Chronic Nephritis With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin And Damp-heat And Blood Stasis Proteinuria

Objective: Through clinical retrospective research on the treatment methods for Jianpiyishen,Qinglishire and Huayutongluo created by my advisor,we applied our Shenyanyihao prescription of our hospital to treat the chronic glomerulonephritis and qi yin deficiency and dampness together with blood stasis syndrome.We targeted to explore clinical efficacy and medical safety of our treatment method.Materials and Methods: We reviewed patients who were diagnosed as chronic glomerulonephritis by Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018.A total of 58 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for our research.From which 30 patients were put into observation group.Those patients in observation group were treated with nephritis No.1prescription combined with basic treatment.The rest of 28 patients were put into control group.Patients in control group were treated with basic treatment only.We analyzed Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinical syndrome scores for patients in observation and control group before and after the treatment.We calculated and compared the efficacy and total Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinical syndrome scores for these two groups.The24-hour urine protein(24-UP)quantitation before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were taken from these two groups for treatment efficacy comparison.We also compared the clinical total efficiency,liver function(AST,ALT),kidney function(Scr,BUN,e GFR)for these two groups,and a safety evaluation was conducted for checking the treatment's medical safety.Results:1.Through collection,observation and analysis of the data,we found that the urine protein quantitation was significantly decreased after treatment for both control group and the observation group,which is statistically significant(p<0.05).We also found that Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinical syndrome scores were significant improved,except to some symptoms appeared on patients from control group.The symptoms include abdominal distension,sticky mouth,edema,and etc.This result is statistically significant(p<0.05).2.We compare the 24-hour urine protein(24-UP)quantitative between two group.The comparison between two groups showed that the 24-hour urine protein(24-UP)quantitative after 8 weeks in the observation group decreased more significantly than the one in control group,which is statistically significant(p<0.05).And the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinical syndrome scores and the total efficiency in observation group were also improved significantly and better than those in control group,which is statistically significant(p<0.05).3.We compared the AST,ALT values for checking the liver function and Scr,BUN,eGFR values for kidney function for both groups before and after the treatment.No significant change has been observed on liver and kidney functions before and after the treatment based on our data.This is not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:The nephritis No.1 prescription used for treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and qi yin deficiency and dampness together with blood stasis syndrome can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce proteinuria,delay the progression of chronic kidney disease.It's proved to be safe and efficient to use,better than single Chinese patent medicine treatment.
