Clinical Study On Expelling Wind And Activating Therapy In Treating Chronic Nephritis Proteinuria

Objective:Through the clinical study observation of traditional Chinese medicine expelling wind active method in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria efficacy,to explore its role in improving clinical symptoms and proteinuria in patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria,to explore the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria and safety.Method:Sixty patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional basic Western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on traditional Chinese medicine basic therapy.The treatment duration was 8 weeks.Urine routine,24-hour urinary protein quantification,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,hemoglobin,serum albumin,total cholesterol,TCM syndrome effects,and clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)In the treatment of TCM syndromes,after treatment,the effective rate was 93.10% in the test group and 79.31% in the control group.There was an obvious difference of the two groups(P<0.05),and the trial group had more advantages in improving TCM symptomatic efficacy.(2)In terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate was 79.31% in the experimental group and 53.57% in the control group.The experimental group was superior to the control group in clinical efficacy(P<0.05).(3)In terms of laboratory indicators,urine protein quantitation,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,albumin,hemoglobin,and total cholesterol were significantly improved in the experimental group after eight weeks treatment.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the control group,the test scores were also significantly improved before treatment and were statistically different(P<0.05).The experimental indexes of the experimental group and the control group were statistically different except hemoglobin(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine therapy for treating chronic nephritis with proteinuria is a good curative effect for patients with chronic wind nephritis with proteinuria.It can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients with declining proteinuria,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,blood lipids and elevation.The effect of serum albumin is significant and the drug is safe.
