Research On The Third Party Mediation Mechanism Of Medical Disputes In Jingdezhen

In recent years,doctor-patient disputes have become increasingly fierce,and have gradually become a major social crux.Patients are suspicious of seeing a doctor,and doctors are treading on thin ice.The lack of trust has aggravated the contradiction between doctors and patients,which has brought obstacles to the healthy development of medical care,but also has an impact on the harmony and stability of the whole society.Based on this,this paper starts from the related theory of doctor-patient dispute mediation,comprehensively uses the relevant knowledge of public management,and from the perspective of social governance,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the third-party mediation mechanism in resolving doctor-patient disputes,and compares and analyses the similarities and differences of several mechanisms in the current practice of third-party mediation at home and abroad.Emphasis is laid on the empirical study of the third-party mediation mechanism of doctor-patient disputes in Jingdezhen.Through field research and expert interviews,the third-party mediation mechanism of doctor-patient disputes in Jingdezhen is systematically elaborated,including organizational structure,operation mode,disposal mechanism,mediation procedure and guarantee system.Collect relevant data,and analyze in detail the cases and mediation of doctor-patient disputes and medical disputes in Jingdezhen in the past five years.Combining four specific cases,namely,the routine case,the case of integration of mediation,the case of zero compensation and the case of judicial confirmation,this paper analyses the actual effect,innovation and deficiency of the third-party mediation of doctor-patient disputes in Jingdezhen,and then draws some enlightenments on optimizing the third-party mediation mechanism of doctor-patient disputes,so as to establish and improve the mechanism for all parts of the country.The third party mediation mechanism of doctor-patient disputes provides valuable reference.
