Objective: To explore the significance of using DSCT in the diagnosis of urinary calculi. Methods: After the diagnosis of stone components by dual-source CT and the determination of stone atomic number in the hospital from May 2018 to November 2018,62 patients with fragile single ureteral calculi were selected as the research object, and the extracorporeal shock wave was measured. The success rate of lithotripsy after stone surgery;the infrared spectrum analysis results as the gold standard, using the effective atomic number measured by dual-source CT to determine the stone composition,so that it is compared with the gold standard. Results: The success rate of one gravel was 88.7%.The average effective atomic number of uric acid stones, magnesium ammonium phosphate stones and calcium oxalate dihydrate stones were 6.89 ± 2.82,8.58 ± 1.89,8.42 ± 2.69,respectively.The sensitivity of dual-energy CT analysis of uric acid stones, ammonium magnesium phosphate and calcium oxalate dihydrate was 96.4%,75.0%,77.8%,specificity was 100%,91.3%,88.6%,respectively.The positive predictive value was100%.,75.0%,73.7%;negative predictive values were 97.1%,91.3%,90.7%;Conclusion:Dual-energy CT imaging can obtain more accurate image data, which can distinguish the stone components and provide a more accurate reference for the treatment of patients with urinary calculi, which can significantly improve the success rate of single lithotripsy in single calculi in the upper ureter.
