Objective:Though observing the clinical symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment with Linggui Yangxin Decoction, the influence of New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function classification, brain natriuretic peptide precursor, heart failure ultrasound index and other indicators, evaluation The efficacy of Linggui Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of patients with heart-qi(yang)deficiency DCM,and further explore the clinical value of Linggui Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of DCM.Methods:60 patients with heart-to-heart(yang)-deficiency DCM who met the double diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine and reached the inclusion criteria were divided into 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the treatment group according to the random number table. The control group was treated according to the standardization of western medicine. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Linggui Yangxin Decoction(main drug composition:Astragalus,Windproof,Peony,Guizhi,Baizhu,Zhigancao, etc.)on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks. The safety indexes and curative effect indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed statistically. The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Linggui Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of patients with heart-qi(yang)deficiency DCM was objectively evaluated, and the clinical practice of Linggui Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of DCM was further explored value.Results:1.The two groups of patients had significant changes in the scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment. The total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The TCM syndrome scores of the patients in the treatment group decreased.More significantly, the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.The cardiac function grading of the two groups decreased after treatment. The total effective rate of the control group was 70%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%.The total effective rate was compared. The treatment group was higher than the control group, but the two groups were compared. The significance of learning is not significant(P>0.01).3.The LiHFe scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment. The LiHFe scores of the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease was also statistically significant(P<0.01).4.The levels of NT-proBNP in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.The LVEF values were increased in both groups. The standard treatment group received 34.17%of the treatment,39.77%after treatment,37.93%before the treatment of the Chinese medicine intervention group, and 47.80%after the treatment. There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference in LVEF between the two groups(P<0.01).6.HFEI was positively correlated with cardiac function grading(r=0.456,P<0.001).The HFEI values of the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.01),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The results of this study show that Western medicine standardized treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qigui Yangxin Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, signs and cardiac function of patients with heart-qi(yang)deficiency DCM.2.The results of this study show that Western medicine standardized treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qigui Yangxin Decoction can further reduce blood NT-proBNP levels,HFEI and improve LVEF levels in patients with heart-filled(yang)deficiency DCM.3.The results of this study show that Chinese medicine Qigui Yangxin Decoction has a certain relationship in the treatment of patients with heart-qi(yang)deficiency type DCM and has good safety.
