Objective From gengning decoction treatment of liver-kidney Yin deficiency type menopausal syndrome,a comprehensive evaluation of 3 months to discuss the clinical curative effect,thus for the treatment of liver-kidney Yin deficiency type of menopausal syndrome patients to provide a wide range of treatment,to acaccept a high degree of treatment,curative effect is distinct,providing evidences for clinical patients in the treatment,and laying the foundation for clinical treatment of menopausal syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine path.Method Using the clinical control study method,64 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group(58 patients were finally included in the study statistical analysis,including 30 patients in the observation group and 28 patients in the control group):who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into two groups according to patients' wishes.(1)observation group of 30 cases: oral gengning decoction.(2)The control group of 28cases: menopause transition period or hope to maintain menstruation oral kelingmeng;Postmenopausal women oral tibolone.Three months after treatment,the whole effect of kupperman scale,TCM syndrome score,hormone level were evaluate.By using the statistical software,SPSS25.0 to collect data by test.Results1.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy The total effective rate of observation group was 90.0%.The total effective rate of control group was 92.86%.There was no statistically significant difference in the comprehensive efficacy between the two groups(P=0.656>0.05),indicating that the total efficacy of gengning decoction in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with liver-kidney Yin deficiency was equivalent to that of menopausal hormone therapy.2.Comparison of various indicators Compared before and after treatment,menstrual quantity is little score,observation group patients the symptoms Kupperman score(baking hot sweat out,insomnia,anxiety,dizziness,muscle joint pain,heart palpitations,fatigue,urinary tract infection symptoms)difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after menstruation,sexual life quality,abnormal skin ant line feeling,somatosensory differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05);Before and after treatment,patients in control group had less menstruation,delayed menstruation,hot sweating,insomnia,anxiety,vertigo,musculoskeletal and joint pain,sexual quality,and urinary tract infection symptoms,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fatigue,palpitation and ant sense of skin(P>0.05).After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in menstrual volume,sweating,insomnia,musculoskeletal and joint pain,urinary tract infection symptoms,and skin ant sense(P>0.05),and no difference in efficacy between the two groups.The difference in vertigo was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the effect of observation group was sig-nificantly better than that of control group.There were statistically significant differences in anxiety,fatigue,and palpitations(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group;there were statistically significant differences in menstrualdelay,soma-tosensory abnormalities,and sexual quality(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the control group was better than that of the observation group.3.Hormone levels Among the 58 patients,19 patients underwent 6 tests of sex hormones before treatment,and only 6 patients underwent 6 reviews of sex hormones after treatment.3patients in the observation group and 3 patients in the control group were not included in the statistics due to the small sample size and no statistical significance.Three months after the treatment with oral gengning decoction has no abnormal safety indicators were found in the patient through the monitoring of liver-kidney function,vaginal B-ultrasound and breast B-ultrasound.4.Safety indicatorsConclusion1.Genging decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with liver-kidney Yin deficiency,and its clinical effect is comparable to that of menopausal hormone therapy;2.Gengning decoction is as effective as menopausal hormone therapy in improving menstrual volume,sweating,insomnia,musculoskeletal and joint pain,urinary tract infection symptoms and skin formication;It is better than menopausal hormone therapy in improving vertigo,anxiety,fatigue and palpitation.3.Gengning decoction is less effective than menopausal hormone therapy in improving delayed menstruation,somatosensory abnormalities and quality of life.4.Gengning decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with liver-kidney Yin deficiency.
