Objective: This research through the preliminary discussion on incipient Graves disease of Thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody(TRAb),Thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),Thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspertate aminotransferase(AST),Neutrophils(NEU),Lymphocyte absolute value of absolute value(LYM)level and the correlation of TCM syndrome types,find out the TRAb and other related indicators to improve treatment,improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Graves disease,reduce the side effect,reduce recurrence rate.Methods: to collect the hospital endocrinology between September 2017 and September 2018,the first time to outpatient and ward to see a doctor,do not use any drugs,in line with the diagnostic criteria of 116 patients,according to of symptoms for nitrogen heat syndrome,something strong,heart Yin deficiency syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome four card type,the other to choose our physical examination center in the same period of 30 cases of healthy physical examination as blank control group.The gender,name and age of the patients were recorded,as well as the indicators of Free triiodothyronine(FT3),Free thyroxine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),TRAb,TPOAb,TGAb,ENU,LYM,ALT and AST.To analyze the correlation between different TCM syndromes of Graves' disease and the above indicators.Results:(1)The TRAb level of Graves' disease group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).TRAb level was compared between different syndromes of Graves' disease,> spittoqi heat node group and > heart-liver Yin deficiency group and > qi-yin deficiency group(P < 0.01).(2)TPOAb and TGAb levels of Graves' disease group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference in TPOAb and TGAb levels among different syndromes(P < 0.01).(3)ALT and AST levels of Graves' disease group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.01).ALT and AST levels were compared in different syndromes of Graves' disease group,and > spittoqi heat node group and > heart-liver Yin deficiency group and > qi-yin deficiency group(P<0.01).(4)NEU level of Graves' disease group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.01),and NEU level of Graves' disease group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.01).LYM level was compared between Graves' disease group and different syndromes group,> spittoqi heat node group and > heart-liver Yin deficiency group and > qi-yin deficiency group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)TRAb levels were different in different syndromes of Graves' disease,with the highest level in the group with high irascibility and the lowest level in the group with deficiency of qi and Yin.(2)Patients with high positive rates of TPOAb and TGAb had higher incidence of Graves' disease.However,there was no significant difference in the distribution of different syndromes.(3)Some patients with Graves' disease showed varying degrees of liver function damage,with elevated ALT and AST levels.ALT and AST levels were the highest in the Graves disease syndrome group,and the lowest in the qi-yin deficiency group.(4)NEU level of patients with Graves' disease was lower than that of the control group,and LYM level was higher than that of the control group.LYM level was highest in the group with high irascibility and lowest in the group with deficiency of qi and Yin.
