Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold Type By Acupuncture And Moxibustion Of Wenyang Tongqiao Method

Objective: By observing the difference between the therapeutic effect of "Wenyang Tongqiao" acupuncture combined with Du moxibustion on allergic rhinitis of deficiency of lung-qi and cold type and that of Western medicines,this paper makes a scientific and objective judgment on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Du moxibustion,and chooses the best therapeutic effect to provide certain basis for its future clinical application.Methods: This study collected 60 patients who came to the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and the Department of Otolaryngology of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to October 2018 and met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visiting time,30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with Wenyang Tongqiao Method acupuncture combined with moxibustion,while the control group was treated with loratadine tablet,an oral antihistamine,and the results of the two groups were observed after two courses of treatment.Results: 1.The symptoms and signs scores before and after treatment in both groups confirmed that the curative effect of the two groups was very significant.2.The total effective rate of the two groups was 85.71% in the observation group and89.66% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05).Follow-up after three months showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.57% and that of the control group was 58.62%.There was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).Conclusion:Through processing and analyzing the data collected after treatment and inquiring the patients' treatment experience,the conclusion is drawn that Wenyang Tongqiao method combined with Governor moxibustion is effective in treating allergic rhinitis(lung-qi deficiency-cold type)and oral loratadine.The short-term curative effect is similar,both are very significant,but there is a significant difference after three months.In contrast,the Wenyang Tongqiao acupuncture combined with moxibustion has a better therapeutic effect,and green safety without any toxic side effects,can better improve the quality of life of patients.
