Comparative Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture Combined With Medicine In The Treatment Of Rhinitis Of Lung-qi Deficiency And Cold Type

Purpose: In this study of clinical observe,That is for observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine for treatmentof rhinitis oflung QI deficient cold,it explore the effectiveness ofacupuncture treatment ofrhinitis,explore the method of Chinese medicine treatmentof rhinitis,and look for more effective and safer therapeutic approach for rhinitis.Theory: To collect and reorganize the concepts and therapeutic theory of traditional Chinese medicine for rhinitis.apply basic medical theory of the motherland,that expound Chinese medicine on theetiology and pathogenesis ofrhinitis oflung QI deficient coldand treatment rules;and Chinese medicine and west medicine physicians studied advance development of therapy allergic rhinitis at present,as well as from the principle of deficient cold of lung's rhinitis to therapy allergic rhinitis is importance and feasibility.Methods: From first October,2013 to 30 th April,2015.Selecting 60 patients suffering fromrhinitis oflung QI deficient coldthat met the inclusion criteriawere recruited at Huang Dao Chinese Medicine Clinic.Theobserved objectswere randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients each.One group is Acupuncture treatment group(A)as a comparative group,A group only acupuncture special acupoints:Yintang?yingxiang?Kouheliao?Tongtian?Shangxing?Xiaguan?Yangbai?Fengchi and Hegu.Another group(B)is Acupuncture treatment combine with The Chinese medicine decoction.Chinesemedicine basic Yubingfengsanand Cangerzisan prescription decoction.with varying symptoms,the dosage is adjusted accordingly.The daily dosage include: Fang Feng10g?Huang Qi10g?Bai Zhu10g?Cang Er Zi6g?Xin Yi8g?Bai Zhi6g?Wu Wei Zi8g?Xi Xin3g?Jie Geng8g?The duration of treatment is three weeks.After three weeks of treatment,To use the methods of control within the group of their own before the treatment and after comparative and among the 2 groups of comparative,the symptoms of these cases were observed?Results:Before the treatment,Patient's symptoms were recorded,staged,and scored among 2 groups,through performing the statistic analysis,p>0.05,indicating that the groupsymptoms stand no difference before the treatment.thus among the 2 groups can withstand comparison?Before treatment and after,two groups comparative,the symptoms observed include sneezing,rhinocnesmus,nasal dripping,complete and partial nasal congestion.All symptoms significantly improved after treatment in all of the groups.and B group showed better result than A group,p<0.05;yet,there's statistical difference between the two groups?Atthe end of the treatment,B group had 13patients(43.33%)recovered,12patients(40%)marked,4 patients(13.33%)positive,1patient(3.33%)invalided;A group had12patients(40%)recovered,11patients(36.67%)marked,3 patients(10%)positive,14patient(13.33%)invalided?There was not adverse effect case among two groups during the treatment.The result presented that it has safety clinical application with combination acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat rhinitis oflung QI deficient cold ?Conclusion: Acupuncture treated,combined acupuncture and take orally Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat rhinitis oflung QI deficient cold,Both have obviously curative effect.B group had satisfied curative effect better results than A group.Indicate acupuncture treatment combine take orally Traditional Chinese Medicine of tonifying the lung Qi and divergence win-cold to treat rhinitis oflung QI deficient cold is obvious effect,economic security,and less toxic side effects,The method is worth promoting.
