Objective: to study the symptoms and psychosocial factors of posttraumatic stress disorder in breast cancer patients.Methods: using convenient sampling method,with post-traumatic stress disorder self-assessment scale dsm-iv,eysenck personality questionnaire,simplified coping style questionnaire and social support rating scale in November 2016-April 2018 in the fourth affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university treatment of patients with breast cancer were evaluated,a total of 120 questionnaires distributed,110 valid.Results: 1.The mean score of PTSD in breast cancer patients was(32.518±9.603).There were 25 patients with positive symptoms,accounting for 22.7%.The mean score of hypervigilance symptom score was(8.609±3.812),and the score of invasive thinking symptom was(10.045±3.505).The score of avoidance symptom was(13.864±4.711).2.General demographic data of breast cancer patients:(1)patients aged 46-55 in different age groups were significantly higher than those in other age groups(P < 0.05);(2)patients with more than junior college were lower than those with less than junior high school(P < 0.05);(3)the total score of PTSD symptoms of patients living in rural areas was higher than that of urban patients(P < 0.05).3.General data of breast cancer patients:(2)breast cancer patients with PTSD symptoms in the presence of metastatic population was significantly higher than the non-metastatic population(P < 0.05);(3)the recurrence of PTSD in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that in patients without recurrence(P < 0.05).4.The total score of neuroticism and PTSD symptoms in breast cancer patients was positively correlated with invasive thinking symptoms and high alertness(P < 0.05),and the psychomotor dimension was positively correlated with high alertness symptoms(P < 0.05).(2)coping style was positively correlated with invasive thinking,high alertness and total score of PTSD(P < 0.05).(3)objective support in social support was negatively correlated with intrusive thinking symptoms,avoidance/numbness symptoms,increased alertness symptoms and total score of PTSD symptoms(P < 0.05).5.Bbreast cancer metastasis,negative coping style,objective support and neuroticism entered the regression equation,all of which were risk factors for PTSD in breast cancer patients.Conclusion: 1.Avoidance/numbness symptoms in post-traumatic stress disorder of breast cancer patients are higher than re-experience and hypervigilance symptoms,which need clinical attention;2.Different age,place of residence,education level,time of illness,presence or absence of metastasis and recurrence are all factors affecting post-traumatic stress disorder in breast cancer patients;3.Psychosis in personality traits,objective support in social support and negative coping style are all high risk factors for post-traumatic stress disorder in breast cancer patients.
