The Retrospective Analysis Of The Clinical Characteristics And Treatment Of 64 Hemophilic Pseudotumor Patients

Objective: To study the hospitalization of hemophilic pseudotumor patients from 2003 to 2018,this study was to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treament of the hemophilic pseudotumor by using the relevant data of hospitalized data of hemophilic pseudotumor patients in First affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university Basis.Methods: The hospital data of the hemophilic pseudotumor patients in First affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university from July 2003 to December2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the proportion of patients with hemophilic pseudotumor,the proportion of each age(Rural or urban),occupational distribution,risk factors(history of trauma),hemophilia type,hemophilia degree,radiology examination,treatment and other statistics.All data using SPSS17.0 software for statistical and analysis.Results:(1)There were 64 cases of hemophilic pseudotumor admitted to our hospital from 2003 to 2018,excluding cases with incomplete data andrepeated statistics.(2)15 years hospitalized hospital hemophilic pseudotumor increased slowly year by year,male total of 62 cases,a total of 2 cases of women,male and female ratio of 32:1.(3)high incidence of hemophilic pseudotumor age of 0 to 19 years old,accounting for 42.2% of the total number of hemophilic pseudotumor;followed by 20 to 39 years old,accounting for39.1%.(4)The hemophilia type of hemophilic pseudotumor was characterized by hemophilia A,hemophilia B and hemophilia C,which accounted for 71.88%,26.56% and 1.56% respectively.(5)The degree of hemophilia have not significant connection with the incidence rate of hemophilic pseudotumor.(6)The hemophilic pseudotumor most appear in the bone and muscle,accounting for 71.9% of the total number of hemophilic pseudotumor,followed by abdomen and pelvic cavity,accounting for 17.2%.(7)The history of trauma have significant connection with the high incidence rate of hemophilic pseudotumor.(8)The incidence rate of hemophilic pseudotumor is more higher in rural than urban,which accounted for 70.31% and 29.69% respectively.(9)CT and ultrasound is the main way to diagnose hemophilic pseudotumor,accounting for 46.9% and 23.4% respectively,followed by MRI,accounting for20.3%.(7)Surgery treatment combine with the replacement treatment of clotting factor is the most effective way to treat hemophilic pseudotumor.Conclusion: The number of hemophilic pseudotumor is increasing year by year.Farmers,and 0-39 year old men with hemophilia A are high risk groups of hemophilic pseudotumor,especially in the men with history of trauma.When hemophilic pseudotumor occurred,the degree of hemophilia could be mild,medium or severe.The bone and muscle system is the most common anatomic site where the hemophilic pseudotumor occurred.,followed by abdomen and pelvic cavity.CT and ultrasound is the main way to diagnose hemophilicpseudotumor before surgery.Surgery treatment combine with the replacement treatment of clotting factor is the most effective way to treat hemophilic pseudotumor.
