Clinical Observation On Tongbi Decoction In Treating Chronic Heart Failure With The Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Research Objective: To observe the effect of Tongbi Decoction on clinical symptoms,Lee's heart failure score,TCM syndrome score,Minnesota Living Quality of Heart Failure score,cardiac function,BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction and other indicators in patients with chronic heart failure,observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongbi Fang in the treatment of chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Research Contents and Methods: 1.To collect hospitalized cases from January2018 to January 2019 in Geriatrics Division I and Cardiology Department of Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.A total of 72 patients with chronic heart failure(stage I-III)of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,They were randomly divided into 36 cases of treatment group and 36 cases of control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Tongbi Decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.2.Observe and count the changes of TCM symptom grading and quantification standard score,Lee's heart failure score,Minnesota Living with Heart Failure survey score,cardiac function,6-minute walk test,BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)before and after treatment.3.Electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function,electrolytes,blood routine and other tests were examined before and after treatment in both groups to evaluate its safety.Research Results: 1.There were significant differences between the two groups in TCM symptom score,Lee's heart failure score,Minnesota Living with Heart Failure score,heart function and 6-minute walk distance(P < 0.05).After treatment,BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction were improved in both groups,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.In the course of treatment,the vital signs of the two groups of patients were stable,and the results of liver and kidney function,electrolytes,blood routine,and stool routine were basically within the normal range,without adverse reactions.Research Conclusion: Tongbi Decoction combined with western medicine has a good curative effect on chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,can significantly improve the symptoms of heart failure such as shortness of breath,palpitation,fatigue,chest tightness,cough,lips cyanosis,reduce Lee's heart failure score and TCM symptom score,improve quality of life,and improve cardiac function.Moreover,Tongbi Fang has no toxic side effects and good safety,and is an effective prescription for the treatment of chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
