Objective:To investigate the Effect of Chuanposhi on TGF-?1,Smad2,Smad3 in rats with obstructive infertility due to salpingitis,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of tubal inflammatory obstructive infertility.Methods:The female SD rats SOI model was established by mixed bacteria with Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Ureaplasma urealyticum.The rats wererandomly divided into 7 groups.Fuyankang soft capsule,Chuanposhi in high,middle and low dosage were used to treat SOI model rat for 30 days.Put the rat to death and take each fallopian tube.Pathologic change of fallopian tube was measured by a microscope.The expression of TGF-?1 and Smad2,Smad3 in fallopian tube of the rats was measured by Western blotting analysis.Result:1.Visual inspection:There was no obvious abnormality in fallopian tube of rats in the blank group and the sham-operation group;Compared with the blank group and the sham-operated group,the fallopian of rats of the model group,Fuyankang soft capsule group and the low,middle and high dose group had different degrees of hyperemia and swelling of fallopian tubes;Compared with the model group,the hyperemia and swelling of fallopian tubes were alleviated in different degrees in the low,medium and high dose group of Chuanposhi and the Fuyankang soft capsule group.2.Observation under light microscope:There was no obvious inflammation in the blank group and the sham-operated group,and the other groups have different degrees of inflammation,of which the most obvious was in the model group;compared with the model group,the inflammation of the fallopian tube tissue in the low,medium,high dose group of Chuanposhi and the Fuyankang soft capsule group were improved in varying degrees,and the most significant improvement was found in the high dose group of Chuanposhi.3.Immunocytochemistry was used to detect the expression of TGF-beta1,Smad2,Smad3 in fallopian tube tissue of rats:There was no difference in the expression of TGF-beta1,Smad2,Smad3 between the blank group and the sham-operated group(P>0.05);Compared with the blank group and the sham-operated group,the expression of TGF-beta1,Smad2,Smad3 in fallopian tube tissue of rats in model group,Fuyankang soft capsule group,low,medium and high dose group of Chuanposhi were different(P<0.01);compared with the model group,the expression of TGF-beta1,Smad2,Smad3 in fallopian tube tissue of rats in low,medium and high dose group of Chuanposhi and Fuyankang soft capsule group were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Mixed bacterial liquid vaginal inoculation can successfully prepare SOI rat model,which simulates the process of salpingitis induced by human reproductive tract infection.2.Chuanposhi can alleviate the inflammation of oviduct tissue in SOI model rats,promote the repair of oviduct tissue cells and improve the function of oviduct.3.Through inhibiting the transduction of TGF-beta1/smads signaling pathway,Chuanposhi may inhibit the fibrosis of fallopian tube tissue,thereby reducing the inflammatory response of fallopian tube tissue.
