Clinical Observation On Jiawei Danzhixiaoyao San In Treating Liver Depression And Insomnia With Anxiety

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Danxiaoyao San in the treatment of liver-stagnation and fire-type insomnia with anxiety in clinical trials,in order to provide a more comprehensive research basis for clinical treatment of insomnia with anxiety.Methods: Sixty patients who were admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Enshi State Central Hospital(Enshi Nationalities Hospital)of Hubei University for Nationalities were enrolled in the treatment group and the control group,30 patients in each group.The control group was given 7.5 mg of oral zopiclone before bedtime,and the treatment group was given Jiawei Xiaodan Xiaoyao Powder on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect was observed after the treatment.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Rating Scale(PSQI)was used to evaluate the patient’s sleep.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)was used to evaluate the patient’s anxiety level,and the TCM syndrome scale was used to evaluate the TCM syndrome efficacy.The data obtained were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software.Results: There were no significant differences in the general data(including gender,age,PSQI score,HAMA score,TCM symptom score scale score)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After four weeks of drug treatment,the PSQI score,HAMA score and TCM symptom scale scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05).The PSQI score,HAMA score and TCM symptom scale score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.After the treatment,the safety indexes of the two groups did not show obvious abnormalities.Conclusion: Insomnia with anxiety is one of the most common diseases in today’s society.There is a significant correlation between the two.The results show that Jiawei Dan Xiaoyao San can improve the sleep of patients and relieve the anxiety of patients,which can significantly reduce the clinical situation of patients.symptom.Jiawei Danxiaoyao San has the functions of soothing liver and relieving stagnation,clearing heat and cooling blood,strengthening spleen and blood,calming and calming the nerves.It is effective in the treatment of liver stagnation and fire-type insomnia with anxiety.It is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment for insomnia.Anxiety disorders provide more research grounds.
