The Clinical Research Of Jiawei Jieyu Anshen Granule On The Treatment Of Insomnia Classified As Pathogenic Fire Derived From Liver-Qi Stagnation Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and security of Jiawei Jieyu Anshen granule for the type of pathogenic fire derived from liver-QI stagnation insomnia.Methods:Selected a total of 70 patients with insomnia type of pathogenic fire derived from liver-QI stagnation from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of TCM encephalopathy outpatient during April 2017 to 2018 February.Randomly divide samples into experimental group and control group,35 cases in each group,the control group was treated by dexzopiclone only,3mg daily,orally at bedtime,the test group were treated by Jieyu Anshen Granule combined with zopiclone in the treatment,that is taking the given Jieyu Anshen granules of dexzopiclone 3 mg on at night,twice a day,morning and evening service points.Take 28 days of continuous use.Before and after treatment,sleep quality in Pittsburgh scale(PQSI)and TCM syndrome score were applied to assess before and after integral of treatment,The scores of each factor and the total score of the two scales were compared before and after the treatment as a basis for evaluating the curative effect.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender composition,age,educational background,occupation category,course of disease,PQSI score and TCM symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after the treatment.The difference was significant(P<0.05).And the total efficiency of the treatment group showed an advantage.Before and after treatment,compared within the group,the scores of PQSI and TCM syndrome in the two groups were reduced in varying degrees;Compared between the two groups after treatment,the test group PQSI total score and total score of TCM syndrome was significantly lower than the control group,and in the factors of PQSI score and TCM symptoms of irritability,insomnia,anorexia,epigastric fullness hypochondrium distending pain,constipation,yellow urine,red tongue,pulse string frequently etc.,The test group was significantly lower than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of insomnia type of pathogenic fire derived from liver-QI stagnation,Jiawei Jieyu Anshen granules combined with Eszopiclone Tablets has definite curative effect,which can significantly improve sleep quality and the syndrome of pathogenic fire derived from liver-QI stagnation,and is better than Eszopiclone Tablets alone.
