Objective: The endocrine metabolism characteristics of PCOS patients were analyzed. The levels of TGF-?1 and IGF-1 in serum of PCOS patients and normal childbearing age women were determined. The correlation between the changes of the two levels and the levels of IR,Kaohsiung hormone and hyperlipidemia in endocrine metabolism of PCOS patients was studied and analyzed. Methods:From November 2017 to June 2018,89 patients who were admitted to the gynecology Ward, outpatient clinic, and reproductive medicine Department of our hospital and diagnosed as PCOS were experimental groups, and 41 women of normal childbearing age were control groups. The PCOS group was divided into PCOS Obs and Nob groups,PCOS IR and NIR groups,PCOS HA and NHA groups,PCOS hyperlipidemia group and non-hyperlipidemia group according to various indicators. The indexes were measured, and the endocrine characteristics in each group were compared and their correlation with serum TGF-?1 and IGF-1 factors was compared. Results: 1,Compared with the control group, the weight,BMI,LH,LH/FSH,PRL,T,FINS and HOMA-IR were all higher in the PCOS group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in blood lipid level(P value > 0.05);2,PCOS group,PCOS IR group and PCOS hyperlipidemia group have a significantly higher probability of obesity than their control group(42.7 % / 12.2 %,90.0 % / 15.3 %,67.6 % / 23.6 %);3 The proportion of hyperlipidemia in the PCOS group,PCOS Obs group and PCOS IR group was significantly higher than that in the respective control group(51.7 % / 36.6 %,73.7 % / 35.3 %,80.0 % / 22.0 %);4,PCOS group,PCOS Obs group,PCOS hyperlipidemia group and PCOS HA group had significantly higher IR incidence than their control group(64.0 / 48.8 %,92.1 % / 43.1 %,85.3 % / 50.9 %,81.8 % / 61.5 %)5,TGF-? 1 levels in PCOS group,PCOS Obs group,PCOS IR group and PCOS hyperlipidemia group all showed significant positive correlation(Its correlation coefficient is: r = 0.816;r = 0.272;r = 0.272;r = 0.255,P value per<0.05);The TGF-?1 level has no correlation between the PCOS HA group and the NHA group(r = 0.196,P = 0.102);6,IGF-1 levels in the PCOS group,PCOS Obs group,PCOS IR group,PCOS HA group and PCOS hyperlipidemia group were significantly higher than their respective control groups, and all had significant positive correlation(Its correlation coefficient is: r = 0.805;r = 0.310;r = 0.412;r = 0.332;r = 0.313,P value per<0.01).Conclusions:1,PCOS group is more prone to obesity, sex hormone disorder,IR and other endocrine disorders than control group;2,The risk of obesity in PCOS group,PCOS IR group and PCOS hyperlipidemia group was significantly higher than that in control group;3,The probability of hyperlipidemia in PCOS group,PCOS Obs group and PCOS IR group was higher than that in control group;4,The incidence of IR was significantly higher in PCOS group,PCOS Obs group,PCOS hyperlipidemia group and PCOS HA group;5,TGF-?1 levels showed significant positive correlation in the PCOS group,PCOS Obs group,PCOS IR group, and PCOS hyperlipidemia group, while there was no correlation between the PCOS HA group and the NHA group;6,IGF-1 levels were significantly higher in PCOS group,PCOS Obs group,PCOS IR group,PCOS HA group, and PCOS hyperlipidemia group, and all showed significant positive correlation.
