The Application Of Wechat Palatform In The Treatment Of Lower Extremity Deep Venousthrombosis With Inferior Vena Cava Filter Combined With Catheter Thrombolysis

Objective: to established the "DVT platform" WeChat platform based on the " Internet Plus" technology,to explore the application effect of the "DVT platform" in DVT patients with inferior vena cava filter combined with catheter thrombolysis and provide ideas for the optimization of postoperative health management of DVT patients with inferior vena cava filter combined with catheter thrombolysis.Methods: 52 patients diagnosed with DVT and requiring inferior vena cava filter combined with catheter thrombolysis in the department of vascular surgery of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University from November2018 to February 2019 who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into control group and WeChat group according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional conventional healthmanagement mode,and the WeChat group implemented the "DVT platform" management mode of WeChat platform on the basis of the control group.Finally,the differences of compliance,sf-36 quality of life scale and the satisfaction of patients in the WeChat group on the DVT platform were compared after 3months of follow-up between the two groups.Results: 1.The WeChat group had significantly higher compliance,sf-36 quality of life scale and all dimensions than the control group(P<0.05).2.Patients in the WeChat group were highly satisfied with the DVT platform..
