ObjectiveIn this study, the concentrations of(TpP),P selectin(Ps),homocysteine(Hcy),D dimer(D-dimmer)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and non-acute coronary syndrome(ACS)were measured. To analyze the relationship between the four concentrations and the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome, and to evaluate the predictive significance of the four indexes in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. It provides a new method and theoretical support for early identification of acute coronary syndrome by serological examination.Methods120 patients who were treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from September 20 to December 2018,and 30 healthy subjects were selected.According to the disease, the patients were divided into three groups, including 90 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)(including 30 patients with stable angina pectoris,30 patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, and 30 patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction).30 patients in the stable angina(SA)group and 30 in the healthy group served as controls. The peripheral venous blood of the patient was collected, and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa)was applied. The sample was placed on the microplate reader by repeated sampling, warming, and plate washing. The groups were determined according to the corresponding OD values.Sample thrombus precursor protein and P-selectin concentration levels. At the same time, the level of homocysteine in each group was determined by enzyme circulation method, and the level of D-dimer was determined by immunoturbidimetry.Record baseline information(including gender,age,triglycerides,cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood glucose, creatinine, combined disease, etc.)and experimental results, summarize experimental data, apply SPSS software to data conduct statistical analysis.Results1.Compared with non-acute coronary syndrome, the serum thrombus precursor protein and P-selectin concentration in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)were significantly higher than those in stable angina(SA)and healthy subjects,P<0.05.Learning meaning.Homocysteine and D-dimer were also significantly higher in the acute coronary syndrome(ACS)than in healthy subjects,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Thrombus precursor protein,P-selectin,homocysteine,and D-dimer are four indicators in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)than those with unstable angina(UA)and stable angina(SA).In the thrombus precursor protein,P selection factor analysis P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, but homocysteine,D-dimer two indicators P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.3.Compared with patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI),thrombus precursor protein,P-selectin,homocysteine,and D-dimer were found. The level before the group was higher than the latter group, but P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.4.Thrombotic precursor protein,P-selectin,homocysteine,and D-dimer were higher in patients with stable angina(SA)than in healthy subjects, but P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusions1.Thrombotic precursor protein and P-selectin in patients with acute coronary syndrome are significantly higher than stable angina and healthy. Those with myocardial infarction are higher than those with unstable angina. It indicates that both have predictive value for the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome.2.Homocysteine and D-dimer are generally higher than those in healthy patients with acute coronary syndrome. It shows that both have certain implications for the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome.3.Thrombotic precursor proteins,P-selectin,D-dimer,and homocysteine have predictive value for the development of acute coronary syndrome. In actual clinical work, the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome can be identified early by joint detection.
