ObjectiveIn neurology ward in our clinical practice,patients with cerebral infarction population base is big,for risk factors associated with hyperlipidemia,and internal carotid artery plaque of patients with cerebral infarction using different doses of simvastatin,through comparing the drug groups of patients before and after the blood fat,liver function,internal carotid artery plaque area and adverse reactions of different doses of simvastatin treatment of blood lipid and internal carotid artery plaque in male patients with cerebral infarction curative effect and security,the cerebral infarction incidence and risk factors of recurrence of high-risk groups to intervene,reduce the incidence and recurrence rate,at the same time provide the basis for clinical medicationMethodsSelection since November 2017 in our department attendance of 144 cases of patients eligible for the group,were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,each group of 48 patients,3 groups were routinely offer aspirin antiplatelet aggregation,brain carnosine nerve nutrition therapy,on the basis of given different doses of simvastatin(xin da su,Yangtze river pharmaceutical group hai rong pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,sichuan[approval]H20000635 approved by the state and H20000636)approved by the state,in which A group was given 10 mg,20 mg,B group was given to 40 mg group C,once per day,dinner,Each group was treated and followed up for 180 days.Blood lipid,liver function and carotid artery ultrasonography were performed before,90 days after and 180 days after administration,and adverse reactions were recorded.According to the experimental data,the clinical efficacy and safety of simvastatin at different doses were calculated by statistical analysis.ResultsBefore administration,there was no significant difference in blood lipid and internal carotid artery plaque between the three groups(P>0.05).After 90 days of medication treatment,the comparison of three groups of patients with blood lipid levels,it can be seen that the TC TG,LDL-C,were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),A group of patients after treatment HDL-C did not see obvious improvement,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),HDL-C group B and C group were appeared to rise,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 180 days of treatment,TC,TG and ldl-c of each group were significantly decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and hdl-c were significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).By comparing the plaque area of the internal carotid artery of the three groups,it was found that the plaque area of the three groups decreased at 90 days and 180 days after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compare the incidence of ad-verse events between three groups,three groups of patients in the treatment of a 180-day process,several patients with mild discomfort,including a group B patients with gastrointestinal discomfort,two patients with constipation,one patient had mild indigestion,group C a patients complain of a headache,a patient appear abdominal distension,the rest of the patients were not seen obvious dizziness,headaches,gastrointestinal discomfort,muscle pain,rashes and abnormal liver function such as serious adverse reactions.Although the number of adverse events in the 40mg group exceeded that in the 10mg and 20mg groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionsAfter 180 days of clinical treatment with simvastatin,follow-up observation showed that different doses of simvastatin could reduce the levels of TC,LDL-C and TG,and reduce the area of carotid plaque.For HDL-C,10 mg simvastatin did not increase significantly after 90 days of treatment.20 mg and 40 mg simvastatin increased significantly after 90 days of treatment.There was a dose-dependent effect between 90 days of simvastatin and HDL-C.After 180 days of simvastatin treatment,HDL-C increased significantly,and HDL-C was time-dependent with simvastatin.There was no difference in the safety of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
