Study On The Construction Of Irrational Drug Intervention System In Primary Medical Institutions

Objective:On the basis of China’s promotion of China’s healthy China strategy,it fully draws on the domestic and international irrational drug use supervision system,analyzes the current situation of drug use in grassroots medical institutions in China,and combines China’s national conditions to construct an irrational drug intervention system for grassroots medical institutions.The evaluation was carried out to propose the realization path of the irrational drug intervention system to ensure that the grassroots residents enjoyed high-quality pharmaceutical services and promoted the rational use of drugs in grassroots medical institutions in China.Methods:Qualitative and quantitative methods are used.First,the literature research method is applied to analyze the current situation of irrational drug use in primary health care institutions in China.Secondly,the application of literature research method and expert interview method to construct an irrational drug intervention system for grassroots medical institutions suitable for China’s national conditions.Then,using the questionnaire method,Delphi method and AHP to evaluate the constructed irrational drug intervention system,analyze its scientific,comprehensive and feasible.Finally,the literature research method and expert interview method are applied to propose the realization path of the irrational drug intervention system.Result:In primary medical institutions,the problem of irrational drug use is more prominent,mainly due to the unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs,the high use rate of injections,the phenomenon of large prescriptions and the shortage of essential drugs.The intervention system of irrational drug use is mainly constructed from three aspects:target,framework and operation mode.The goal has the main goal and the specific goal.The framework includes guiding principles,system characteristics,function positioning and organizational structure.The operation mode is composed of intervention mechanism and The composition of the intervention.In addition,through the analysis of AHP,it is concluded that the elements of the constructed intervention system are consistent,and the intervention system is scientific,comprehensive and feasible.Conclusion:The irrational drug use intervention system of primary medical institutions is an innovative way to promote the rational use of drugs in China.It is of great benefit to promoting the grading diagnosis and treatment system,consolidating and improving the national essential drug system,and even the healthy China strategy.In order to ensure that the irrational drug intervention system can be successfully implemented,this paper puts forward strategic suggestions from five angles:the first is institutional guarantee,the system construction plan is formulated,and the policy system supply is improved;the second is system security,constructing internal and external supervision structure,and ensuring functions.Give full play to the third;the third is ideological guarantee;the fourth is to implement the guarantee,strengthen the multi-party cooperation mechanism to ensure the intervention work;the fifth is to develop security,increase policy incentives,and promote the sound development of the system.
