Objective Differentially expressed genes in peripheral blood leukocytes of patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy were screened by GO functional significant enrichment analysis and pathway significant enrichment analysis. Methods There were 14 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Airport Road,903 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army, including 8 patients in the DR group and 6 patients in the DM group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in clinical examination results.Eight patients with T2 DM who were moderately upper NPDR or PDR were enrolled in the DR group, and 6 patients with T2 DM without DR were included in the DM group. After grouping,it requires to extract white blood cells, obtain RNA overall information and identify quality, information analysis process and data quality control and filtering, gene coverage statistics and expression statistics, gene differential expression analysis, differential gene GO function analysis and Pathway analysis.Result According to the difference criteria set in this study, genes with P value...
