| Objective: To investigate the epidemiology of diabetic retinopathy(DR) in guangdong province , and association of DR with course of diseases ,hypertensin and hyperlipidemia.Methods: The 524 qualified DR patients were analyzyed according by course of diseases ,hypertensin and hyperlipidemia. Result: The DR incidence of type II diabets was significantly lower than that of type I diabets. The DR incidence with hypertensin and hyperlipidemia was nearly. The DR became more badly with time going. Conclusions: The DR has become one of the common and severe diseases causing blindness.Therefore the early examination and treatment is very important . Objective: To evaluate the effect of Calcium Dobesilate Capsules in treating diabetic retinopathy(DR),so as to provide clinical basis for it. Methods: The 108 DR patients (DR3-5) were divided into two groups: the treatment group were by laser and calcitan dobesilate capsules, the control group were treated only by laser. All patients were inspected before and after treatment.The items of inspection were acuity of vision and fluorescence fundus angiography(FFA). Date was calculated by SPSS.10.0 software. Result:The effective rate in treatment group was significantly more than that in control group for patients of DA3-4(P﹤0.05).The effective rate was nearly for patients of DA5(P﹥0.05). Conclusions: The calcitan dobesilate capsules can enhance the treatment effect of laser photocoagulation for patients of DA3-4,but the treatment effect is not obviously for patients of DA5,so laser photocoagulation and operation are more important than others. |
