ObjectiveThe levels of food-specific IgG serum were measured in mothers of infants with eczema who is exclusively breast-fed.and then these mothers avoided sensitive foods based on the test results; Our aim is to observe the effects after improvement of infant eczema, and explore the correlation between infant eczema and the levels of food-specific IgG in lactating mothers, serum,to explore the preventive effects and possible mechanisms of infant eczema through mothers avoiding the sensitive foods, and explore the ways of non-medicine prevention and treatment without medicine in infant eczema.MethodsThe exclusively breast-fed infants with conventional check-up in their 42 days old from March 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the source of enrollment.According to the enrollment criteria,104 patients were included as the observation group, and 54 exclusively breast-fed infants without obvious eczema were included in control group;0.1 ml blood were collected from the fingertip or heel for analysis, and the percentage of eosinophils in peripheral blood was determined by blood automated analyzer.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to measure the levels of 14 food-specific IgG in the enrolled mothers, serum.Guide the lactating mothers to evade the sensitive foods according to the test results, and follow up the eczema improvement and recurrence after 3 months.Results1?The proportion of EOS%?4% in the observation group was 72.1%,the proportion of EOS%?4% in the control group was 9.3%;and the proportion of EOS%?4% in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05%).2?Among the 104 infants with eczema in the observation group, there were positive results of 14 food-specific IgG tests in 102 cases of lactating mothers, and the positive percentage was 98.1%;the positive percentage in the control group was 83.3%;The comparison showed that the positive proportion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3?The proportion of individuals accumulating positive food types(?4 items)was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(5.6%),and the difference was statistically significant. In the observation group, the number of positive foods accumulated by individuals was up to 7 items, and in the control group, only 1 person accumulated positive food types up to 5 items. The proportion of the observation group(49.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(29.6%),and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4?The severity of food-specific IgG antibody-positive foods varied among foods in the observation group. The moderate to severe ratio of eggs were the highest(65.4%),followed by milk(23.0%).5?In the observation group,102 mothers with 14 food-specific IgG antibody-positive mothers had different positive rate distributions of various foods, among which the positive rate of egg detection was the highest(76.9%),followed by milik(41.3%)> shrimp(31.7%)> Soybean(19.3%)> Rice(17.3%)> Wheat(14.4%)= Mushroom(14.4%)> Squid(13.5%)> Chicken(9.6%)> Crab(8.7%)= Tomato(8.7%)> Pork(7.7%),corn(4.8%)and beef(1.0%)had the lowest positive rate.6?The average disappearance time of eczema after the observation group avoided foods in observation group: completely avoiding diet < not completely avoiding diet <unavoided diet. The total effective rate of avoidance of diet(complete avoidance of diet and incomplete avoidance of diet)was as high as 92.4%,and the effective rate of eczema disappeared after avoiding diet was as high as 71.7%Conclusions1?The percentage of eosinophils in infants with eczema is significantly increased(EOS%?4%),suggesting that infant eczema is closely related to allergies.2?The levels of food-specific IgG were significantly increased in mothers, with eczema infants. It involves more than 14 kinds of foods, and the degree is heavy;suggesting that sensitive foods are closely related to the occurrence of eczema.3?The levels of 14 kinds of food-specific IgG in mothers, serum is different in degree. The medium and severe foods are mainly eggs and milk.4?According to the test results to guide mothers to avoid foods significantly, both of infants eczema remission rate and recurrence rate are significantly reduced. It confirmed that mothers avoid sensitive foods could prevent infant eczema effectively.
