Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Tongbi Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Of Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Type

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongbi Decoction on stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type,and to preliminarily evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Tongbi Decoction in clinical application according to the experimental results.Method:Sixty patients with stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group(Western medicine routine treatment combined with Yiqi Tongbi Decoction)30 cases and control group(Routine treatment of Western Medicine)30 cases.The treatment period was 3 weeks.After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,the curative effect of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and the stop-and-drop rate of nitroglycerin were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software,and the statistical results were preliminarily discussed and evaluated.Result:1.Comparison of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of the treatment group was93%,which was better than 70% of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparing the total scores of TCM syndromes: the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of curative effect of angina pectoris: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was better than 63% of the control group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of ECG efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87%,which was better than63% of the control group(P < 0.05).5.Nitroglycerin withdrawal rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(30%(P < 0.01).6.Safety monitoring: No significant abnormalities and no adverse reactions were observed in all patients during the test.Conclusion:Yiqi Tongbi Decoction in treating stable angina pectoris of Qi-deficiency and phlegm-stasis coronary heart disease can reduce the integral of TCM syndromes,improve TCM syndromes,improve angina pectoris symptoms,improve ischemic electrocardiogram and reduce the amount of nitroglycerin.The curative effect is superior to that of conventional Western medicine.There is no obvious abnormality in vital signs and laboratory examinations.Yiqi Tongbi Decoction is used clinically.Safety and reliability.
