Objective:It aims to observe the clinical effect of modified Yiqi Tongmai decoction(decoction to supplement qi and promote blood)on coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type).Method:In this study, patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type)from March 2019 to October 2019 in the Outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected, and 40 patients who met the inclusion criteria were instructed to take self-designed modified Yiqi Tongmai decoction on the basis of routine western medicine treatment.Ask them to take it twice in the morning and evening with warm water, one dose each day,150 ml each time,3 weeks for a course of treatment. Finally, the clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparing the TCM syndrome score, angina pectoris attack, nitroglycerin dosage and Seattle angina pectoris scale score before treatment with those after treatment.Results:1.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes: Among the 40 enrolled patients, the effective rate of TCM syndromes was 87.50% after treatment, and the total scores of TCM syndromes decreased significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment, showing a statistic difference(P<0.05).2.Therapeutic effect of angina pectoris: The effective rate of angina pectoris symptom alleviation of subjects after treatment was 90.00%.3.Therapeutic effect of reduction rate of nitroglycerin: The effective rate of nitroglycerin reduction after treatment was 85.50%.4.Score of Seattle angina pectoris scale: After treatment, there were significant improvements in the patients in terms of degree of physical activity limitation, stable state of angina pectoris, attack of angina pectoris, satisfaction degree of treatment and cognition degree of disease compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).5.During the follow-up period, all 40 patients did not lose the follow-up:All 40 patients participated in the follow-up process, and there were 0 cases,1 case and 2 cases of angina pectoris at 30,60 and 90 days after discharge. The hospitalization rates at 30,60 and 90 days after discharge were 0.00%,2.50% and 5.00%,respectively.Conclusion:1.Modified Yiqi Tongmai decoction can effectively improve TCM syndrome of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome.2.Modified Yiqi Tongmai decoction can relieve angina pectoris attack on patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome.3.Modified Yiqi Tongmai decoction can reduce the use of nitroglycerin of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome.
