Clinical Observation On The Sequela Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Treated By Yanhu Kushen Decoction Plus Moxibustion For Treating Cold And Dampness Syndrome

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of oral Yanhu azedarach Decoction plus moxibustion in treating cold-dampness stagnation syndrome of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae,and to explore its mechanism,so as to formulate a safe and effective holistic therapy for the sequelae of cold-dampness stagnation pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods: This experiment strictly follows the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to collect experimental cases.From December 2017 to November 2018,72 outpatients from gynecology department of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled.They were numbered according to the order of cases and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 8 cases of abscission during the course of the disease,including 4 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group.According to the experimental design,64 cases were enrolled in the treatment group(32 cases)and the control group(32 cases)were treated by oral Yanhu azedarach Decoction plus moxibustion,while the control group(32cases)was treated by oral Yanhu azedarach Decoction alone.Oral Chinese medicine liquid takes 14 days as a course of treatment,warm after breakfast and dinner every day;moxibustion once a day,30 minutes each time and moxibustion 14 times as a course of treatment.After three courses of treatment,the scores of abdominal cold pain,swelling,lumbosacral cold pain,abnormal banding and TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,and the improvement was observed.And statistical analysis of clinical efficacy.Results: The total effective rate was 87.375% in the treatment group and 75.000% in the control group.The treatment group and the control group had significant difference in clinical efficacy(P[0.05),indicating that the effect of oral Yanhu azedarach decoction combined with moxibustion was significantly better than that of oral Chinese medicine alone;before and after treatment,the treatment group had better diagnostic effect onabdominal cold pain,swelling,lumbosacral cold pain,abnormal banding and TCM syndromes than the control group.Conclusion: Through comparative analysis,the use of oral Yanhu Melia azedarach Decoction plus moxibustion therapy for pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae colddampness stagnation syndrome has significant clinical efficacy,safety and reliability,and is worthy of promotion and application.
