Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequela(Cold And Wet Depression Syndrome)with Chinese Medicine Enema And Moxibustion

Objective: In today's society,the incidence of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases is getting higher and higher,which seriously affects women's normal work and life.In recent years,with the deepening of the understanding and research on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease have gradually become prominent.The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema and moxibustion treatment of Shenque acupoints in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,to determine its effectiveness,safety and reliability,in order to explore a Chinese medicine treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease New ideas for sequelae.Methods:This study screened 60 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in line with clinical diagnostic criteria.In order to prevent cases from falling off,20% of cases were added on this basis,and72 cases were estimated.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the self-made Pan'antang Chinese medicine retention enema with moxibustion Shenque points,Chinese medicine decoction juice 150 ml,1 day retention enema,with moxibustion Shenque points,once a day.It was used after 3 days of clean menstruation,12 days for 1 course of treatment,and 3 courses for continuous treatment;the control group was given Shaofu Zhuyu granules,1 bag at a time,3 times a day,with moxibustion for Shenque points,once a day.Treatment begins 3 days after menstruation is clean,12 days is a course of treatment(once a month),and 3 courses of treatment are continued.Observe the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment,and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: 72 cases were observed,36 cases in the treatment group and 36 casesin the control group,In the treatment group,3 cases fell off and 2 cases were removed;in the control group,2 cases fell off and 2 cases were removed.After3 courses of treatment,in the treatment group,5 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 16.13%,the obvious effective rate was 45.16%,the effective rate was 25.81%,and the inefficiency was 12.90%.The total efficiency is 87.10%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 6.25%,the obvious effective rate was 31.25%,the effective rate was 34.38%,the inefficiency was 28.12%,and the total effective rate was 71.88%.The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:The results showed that the treatment group and the control group had good curative effect on the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(cold dampness syndrome),but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.And no adverse events occurred during the experiment,indicating that the Chinese medicine retention enema is safe,green,effective,and easy to operate,avoiding the first-pass effect of the liver and the stimulation of the gastrointestinal tract of Chinese medicine,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
