Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Diabetic Foot With Internal Supplement Astragalus Decoction Add And Subtract Union Pull Out Poison Removing Blood Stasis Tongluo Ointment

Objective: Through clinical observation,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of diagnosis and treatment of Diabetic Foot(Qi Yin deficiency,blood stasis toxin blocking collaterals syndrome)with Internal Supplement Astragalus Decoction add and subtract Union Pull Out Poison Removing Blood Stasis Tongluo Ointment,and to provide new data and diagnostic thinking for the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods: 70 eligible patients were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the enrolled patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(35 cases)was given routine medical treatment and disinfection and bandaging after wound debridement,while the treatment group(35 cases)was given Internal Supplement Astragalus Decoction add and subtract on the basis of routine medical treatment,and Union Pull Out Poison biological Blood Stasis Tongluo Ointment after wound debridement.The treatment cycle of the two groups was 4 weeks,A total of two courses of treatment,Comparative analysis was conducted after three courses of treatment,and statistical analysis of clinical efficacy was conducted by observing the improvement of wound healing area and TCM symptoms.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,course of disease,number of wounds and TCM syndrome score(P > 0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptoms,ulcer area and disease efficacy of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment group has a total efficacy rate of 86.67%,and the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine is 90.00%,and the treatment group has an advantage over the control group,and it has no adverse reaction to the efficiency,safety and symptoms of the DF.Conclusion: Internal Supplement Astragalus Decoction add and subtract Union Pull Out Poison Removing Blood Stasis Tongluo Ointment in the treatment of diabetic foot(Qi Yin deficiency,blood stasis toxin blocking collaterals syndrome)can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,has the advantage of speeding up the healing speed of ulcer surface,at the same time,the treatment is safe,no adverse reactions,toxic and side effects.
