Clinical Study Of TCM Combined With Removing Toxin And Removing Stasis Tongluo Ointment In Treating Diabetic Foot Phlegm And Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals And Heat Toxicity Syndrome

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with removing toxin and removing stasis tongluo ointment in the treatment of diabetic foot(phlegm and blood stasis blocking collateral and heat toxicity syndrome),and to make objective analysis and evaluation on its effectiveness and safety,so as to provide a new method and new idea for the safe and effective treatment of diabetic foot.Methods: patients to come round to see a doctor(participate most patients from changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital endocrine metabolic disease)screening,according to include and exclude standards,etc.,choose eligible patients(63 cases)in this experiment,using clinical randomized,divided into control group,32 cases(due to poor adherence to fall off in 2 cases),treatment group 31 cases(fall off because of poor compliance,1 case).The control group received basic treatment and routine surgical debridement and dressing change,while the treatment group received external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with removing toxin and removing stasis tongluo ointment on the basis of basic treatment in the control group.28 days is a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by comparing the changes of symptoms,signs and ulcer surface area before and after treatment.Results: by observing the changes of ulcer surface area of patients in the two groups before and after treatment,the area of ulcer surface of patients in the two groups was significantly reduced,among which the total effective rate of disease was 96.67% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group,and the treatment effect of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.By observing the changes of symptoms of patients in the two groups before and after treatment,the symptom relief in the treatment group was more obvious,among which the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 50%.Results the clinical effect of TCM combined with removing toxin and removing stasis tongluo ointment in treating diabetic foot(phlegm and blood stasisblocking collaterals and heat toxicity syndrome)was confirmed.Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine combined with removing toxin and removing stasis tongluo ointment has an accurate clinical effect in treating diabetic foot(phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals and heat toxin syndrome),which can promote ulcer healing,shorten healing time,reduce amputation surface,improve limb salvage rate and improve patients' quality of life.Clinical research is worthy of promotion and in-depth study.
