Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of internal and external Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot(Wagner II or III)patients with qi and blood deficiency and wet poison syndrome.Methods:Randomized and controlled clinical research methods were used to randomly divide 72 patients with diabetic foot(Wagner II or III),TCM syndrome differentiation with qi and blood deficiency and wet poison internal syndrome into 36 patients in the treatment group and control group.The traditional treatment of western medicine and the encroachment of debridement were carried out.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external application of Fuzheng Jiedu and Tongluo Shengji cream on the basis of the control group.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,ABI,TcPO2,CRP,ALB,S-M monofilament touch,vibration sense,wound area and other changes before and after treatment were recorded in detail.4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment and the control group of the western medicine was 66.7%.On the basis of the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external application Fuzheng Jiedu and Tongluo Shengji Ointment for the treatment of dislocation(diabetic foot Wagner II or III)The total effective rate of the treatment group with qi and blood deficiency and wet toxic endocrine syndrome was 90.0%,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.There were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores,ABI,TcPO2,CRP,ALB,S-M monofilament tactile,vibration sense,and wound area changes before and after treatment in the two groups.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.In the course of this clinical study,no adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and internal medicine for the treatment of diabetic foot(Wagner II or III)with qi and blood deficiency and wet toxicinternal syndrome is effective,improving the clinical symptoms,touch,vibration,wound inflammation and lower limb blood flow.The conventional treatment of Western medicine has a definite therapeutic effect,and no adverse reactions have occurred in clinical observation.
