Objective: according to part three serie a hospital cardiovascular internal medicine,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine,proprietary Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine injection)usage,analysis of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of the frequency and clinical application of Chinese medicine,conforms to the extent,clear the crux problems,in order to guide physicians in the clinical application of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of traditional Chinese medicine to follow the "basic principles of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment",do the medicine,make full play of the effect,achieve better clinical curative effect.Methods: retrospective investigation and analysis were performed.The selected patients in this study were discharged from the department of cardiovascular internal medicine of a class iii hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to January 2019.The main contents include patients' age,gender,treatment time,types of drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,specifications,drug dosage form,dose,solvent selection,and drug amount And indications.Conduct statistical analysis and draw conclusions.Results:1.Among the 3,285 patients with blood stasis syndrome,3,075,or 93.61%,used traditional Chinese medicine decoction for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Among them,1328,98.44%,were over 60 years old and used traditional Chinese medicine decoction for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.From 18 to 45 years old,649 people,accounting for 85.96%,used traditional Chinese medicine decoction for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.There were 1,098 people aged 45 to 60 who used traditional Chinese medicine decoction for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,accounting for 92.97 percent.The frequency of traditional Chinese medicine slices prepared with red sage root,safflower,ligusticum chuanxiong,radix angelicae sinensis and red peony all exceeded 60%.2.Grouping analysis was conducted on the patients who were prescribed traditional Chinese medicine decoction for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and the results showed that there was no significant difference between male and female patients in the use of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,P = 0.444.There were statistically significant differences in the prescribing methods of traditional Chinese medicine among patients of different age groups(P < 0.05).With the growth of age,the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis presented an increasing trend,among which 1,328 patients over 60 years old used traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,accounting for 98.44%.From 18 to 45 years old,649 people,accounting for 85.96%,used traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Among those aged 45 to 60 years old,1,098,or 92.97 percent,used traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.3.There were 2,865 patients,accounting for 87.21%,who used traditional Chinese medicine injection to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.It mainly focuses on salvianolate injection,danhong injection,rhodiola rosea injection,salvia miltiorrhiza injection,compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection,safflower yellow pigment for injection,and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection.4.Grouping analysis on the administration methods of TCM injections showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the two sexes in the use of TCM injections,and the results showed that(P < 0.05),the proportion of male patients using TCM injections was higher than that of female patients,and the proportion of male patients using TCM injections was 1528,accounting for 88.43%.There were 1,337 female patients using TCM injections,accounting for 85.87%.There were statistically significant differences among patients of different age groups in the use of injectable administration methods(P < 0.05).With the increase of age,the use of TCM injections in patients presented an increasing trend,among which 249 patients aged 18 to 45 used TCM injections,accounting for 47.88%.Among those aged 45 to 60,742,or 89.18%,used TCM injections.The number of patients over 60 years old using TCM injections was 1874,accounting for 96.65%.5.2,552 people,accounting for 77.69%,used proprietary Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.One Chinese patent medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was used in 2020 patients,accounting for79.15%.560 people,20.85%,used 2 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,689,or 63.97%,aged between 18 and 45 years old used traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Among those aged 45 to 60,870(81.31%)used traditional Chinese medicine to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.There were 993 patients over 60 years old,accounting for 85.26%.The Chinese patent medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis commonly used in the department of cardiovascular medicine includes ginkgo biloba,compound danshen dripping pills,tongxinluo capsules,shensong yangxin capsules,wenxin granules and xufuzhuyu capsules.According to DDDs,the top four commonly used Chinese patent medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are compound danshen dropping pills,tongxinluo capsules,ginkgo biloba leaves,and shensong yangxin capsules.Its DDDs are4224000,2365756,1872552,1003728 respectively.The results indicated that the four Chinese patent medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis had good clinical efficacy and little toxic and side effects,and were favored by the majority of patients.Most of the DDDc of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are within 10 yuan,and those of 5 to 10 yuan include compound danshen dropping pills,tongxinluo capsules,ginkgo biloba leaves and ginseng pine yangxin capsules.More than 10 yuan have xuefuzhuyu capsules,wenxin granules.According to the serial number comparison,the serial number ratio of ginkgo biloba leaf,sansong yangxin capsule and wenxin granules is <1.Although the sales amount of such drugs is higher,the sales quantity is lower.Therefore,it can be inferred that the sales price of such drugs is higher and the clinical utilization rate is lower.The serial Numbers of compound danshen dropping pills,tongxinluo capsules and xuefuzyuyu capsules were lower than >1,indicating that the three drugs had lower price or higher frequency of use.4.There were 556 male patients and 842 female patients with cold syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.24.62% and 29.52% respectively.There were 342 male patients and 524 female patients with heat syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.Each accounted for 15.15%,18.37%.There were 720 male patients and 600 female patients with positive blood stasis syndrome.31.89% and 21.04% respectively.There were 640 male patients and 886 female patients with deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.28.34% and 31.07%respectively.The age group of cold syndrome and blood stasis syndrome was 254 people aged18 to 45,accounting for 29.47%.Between 45 and 60 years old,190 patients(16.55%)received TCM injections to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.124 patients(9.73%)over 60 years old used traditional Chinese medicine injection to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.408 patients(32.00%)with heat syndrome and blood stasis syndrome were treated with huoxue huayu TCM injection over 60 years old.134 patients aged 18 to 45 years used traditional Chinese medicine injection to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,accounting for 15.54%.Between 45 and 60 years old,214 patients(18.64%)received TCM injections to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.There were304 patients(35.27%)with positive blood stasis syndrome between 18 and 45 years old.Between 45 and 60 years old,298 people(25.96%)used TCM injections to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.There were 186 patients over 60 years old,accounting for14.60%.170 patients(19.72%)with deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome were treated with traditional Chinese medicine to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.There were 557 patients over 60 years old,accounting for 43.69%.Between 45 and 60 years old,there were 446 patients,accounting for 38.85%.5.DDDs values of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid injection,salvia miltiorrhiza injection,danhong injection,compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection and safflower yellow pigment injection were 9175.00,8300.00,7656.00,5735.50 and 2339.00 respectively.The DUI value of each injection was close to 1.6.There were 38 cases(1.33%)of over-treatment course of traditional Chinese medicine injection injection(6),0.21%.8.There were 68 cases(2.66%)of inconsistency in the application of Chinese patent medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Among them,compound danshen dropping pills(23)accounted for 0.90%.Tongxinluo capsule(15),accounting for 0.59%;Sansong yangxin capsule(30),accounting for 1.18%.Conclusion: the hospital cardiology,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of traditional Chinese medicine drugs has universal rationality,but in some ways the kind of Chinese traditional medicine for activating blood circulation prescription drug use indicators and reasonable level there are gaps,mainly in promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of traditional Chinese medicine injection drug treatment,higher than the recommended treatment in promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of traditional Chinese medicine in the process of the use of the drug card not situation,this research extracted third
