Purpose: Through literature analysis,the effect of perioperative treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis combined with conventional western medicine on myocardial protection after PCI for acute coronary syndrome was evaluated,providing evidence-based medical evidence for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine promoting blood circulation and removing stasis in the treatment of myocardial injury after PCI for acute coronary syndrome.Material and method:Literature inclusion criteria were established,and literature related to the randomized clinical controlled trials conducted from January 2008 to January2019 to treat myocardial injury after PCI of acute coronary syndrome by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with conventional western medicine was comprehensively and carefully searched through the literature collection in common databases at home and abroad.Research quality was evaluated by Cochrane Handbook 5.1.0and meta-analysis of literature was conducted by Revman 5.3 computer statistical software.Results:1.According to the strategy developed by the author,a total of 824 related literatures were retrieved.After the inclusion and exclusion criteria screening,a total of 18 literatures were finally included for Meta analysis after quality evaluation.2.CTn I value at 24 h and 72 h,ck-mb value at 24 h,MDA value and hs-CRP value at 24 h and7d in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences.3.In the treatment group,SOD values at 24 h and 7d were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Perioperative treatment of myocardial injury after PCI can effectively reduce the troponin I,ck-mb,MDA and hs-crp values 24 h and 72 h after PCI,and increase the SOD and NO values and their activities,reduce the MDA and hs-crp values and increase the SOD values and their activities 7d after PCI.TCM treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can effectively reduce serum inflammatory factors and increase antioxidant stress factor indexes after PCI for acute coronary syndrome,improve myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury and other responses,and thus protect myocardial cells without obvious adverse reactions.
