Objective:Qingwen Baidu Decoction is one of the important prescriptions for the treatment of pestilence heat toxicity and burnt syndrome of Qi and blood.It is widely used in clinic and has remarkable curative effect.However,it lacks theoretical and clinical summary.Therefore,it is necessary to study the clinical application and treatment of Qingwen Baidu Decoction.It is hoped to improve the clinical application and curative effect of Qingwen Baidu Decoction.Method:This topic will use traditional philological methods to summarize the related works of Qingwen Baidu Yin,as well as the collection of ancient medical records and modern clinical medical records.Then,through modern statistical methods,the literature of Qingwen Baidu Decoction collected by China How Net from 1986 to2018 and the cases collected by clinic were screened and sorted out.Frequency statistical methods and golden section were used to analyze the common clinical pathogenesis,the scope of medication and common pulse syndromes,and the characteristics of prescriptions and syndromes were obtained.Result:(1)General incidence law: There is no obvious regional and seasonal difference between Qingwen Baidu Yin and Baidu Yin.Males have more cases than females,and all age groups can suffer from the disease.The age of onset is mainly18-65 years old.(2)Core symptoms: fever,constipation,headache,dry mouth,red urine,irritability,sore throat and dizziness are the main symptoms of Qingwen Baidu Decoction.Secondary symptoms are the remaining high fever,eczema,thirst,delirium,pain,nausea and vomiting.Pulse symptoms are number,slippery number,flood number,chord number,fine number and sink number.(3)Regularity of the original prescription: The main medicines in this prescription are gypsum,raw land,rhinoceros horn(buffalo horn)and coptis.The frequency of other medicines used from high to low is Paeonia peony,Scutellaria baicalensis,peony,gardenia,Forsythia suspense,anemarrhena,licorice,Radix scrophulariae,bamboo leaves and platycodon.(4)Regularity of medication of additive drugs: antipyretic drugs,antipyretic drugs,cathartic drugs and dampness-removing drugs are the main types of additive drugs.Fritillaria chuanbeimu,almond,Coix seed,cicada slough,bupleurum,talcum,antelope horn,honeysuckle,foliage,Radix isatidis,shikong,cypress,dandelion,bamboo ru,rhubarb and other 16 kinds of medicines.(5)Disease spectrum of TCM: Qingwen Baidu Decoction mainly treats exogenous,internal injury,fever,surgical diseases,skin diseases and so on.There are mainly fever,gills,lactating moths,waist-wrapping pyrethroids and so on.(6)Disease spectrum of Western medicine: The main Western medicine diseases treated by Qingwen Baidu Decoction are infectious diseases,febrile diseases and skin diseases.Such as fever,sepsis,herpes zoster,etc.Conclusion:Qingwen Baidu Decoction was originally created for the treatment of pestilence heat toxin.It can also treat diseases with pathogenesis of evil heat,closing ancestors' spiritual orifices and damp-heat intrinsic syndrome,including dampness resistance,exogenous fever,constipation and so on.This paper studies the prescriptions and syndromes of Qingwen Baidu Decoction from the aspects of literature and clinical data,summarizes the rules of treatment of Qingwen Baidu Decoction,and broadens the scope of clinical application.Qingwen Baidu Decoction can be used in infectious diseases and internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases.Through clinical grasp of the pathogenesis,add or subtract treatment according to the symptoms,the main types of modified drugs are antipyretics,dampness-removing drugs,heat-clearing drugs,Qi-regulating drugs,Xiexiao drugs and so on.
