Objective :Lingguizhugan Decoction is a representative prescription to make the water metabolism normal,originates from typhoid miscellaneous disease theory written by Zhang Ji,born in the Eastern Han Dynasty.Its function is transporting spleen and dieresis,and to dredge yang and reforme gas.The ancient physicians according to their clinical experience on LingguizhuganDecoction has widely used in a variety of clinical disease and achieved a significant effect.Doctors later on LingguizhuganDecoction and its application discussed more,but more personal lessons learned to their lack of depth and Treatment Law of the theoretical study and clinical elaborate system for clinical practice has shortcomings.LingguizhuganDecoction is the research target.The study collected and analyzid the literature data by modern statistical methods,comprehensively summarized.Lingguizhugan Decoction is widely used in clinical practice,include syndrome and therapeutic principles and all kinds of disease.It will expect a more comprehensive to inherit and develop Zhongjing's diagnosis and treatment ideas,and the flexible treatment based on patient' s condition,for providing a mode of thinking to clinical apple and better guide clinical in LingguizhuganDecoction.Method:First of all,a collection of medical writings about ancient literature of LingguizhuganDecoction of Treatise on Febrile Disease and Synopsis of Golden Chamber,was summarized.Most of document literatures related to Lingguizhugan Decoction that writed in ancient time and modern time are collected as well.Based on this collection,I clear up all Lingguizhugan Decoction application cases that published on periodicals until 2016.The research analyzed the gender,age,season of onset,etiology,course,tongue,pulse,regular medication,western medicine disease like spectrum with modern mathematical statistical methods(statistical frequency analysis method,statistical analysis method,golden section method)?Which systematically probed into diagnosis and treatment regularity of LingguizhuganDecoction.By research the typical cases,I analysis various kinds of disease symptoms.Results:This paper has collected Lingguizhugan Decoction cases up to 562 items.The study found the LingguizhuganDecoction in the main clinical treatment of dizziness,anorexia,palpitation,chest tightness,fatigue,shortness of breath,nausea and vomiting,and a light color tongue,the tongue body fat,pulse string or sinking as the characteristic.Lingguizhugan Decoction is suitable for each section disease in clinical,mainly for digestive system,respiratory system,circulatory system,neuropsychiatric system and ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology.Conclusions:As a ruslt,clinical application of Lingguizhugan Decoction in morden time is extended,and the application is correspondence with Shanghanlun theory.
