Study On Academic Thoughts And Data Mining Technique Of The Treatment Of Insomnia Of Professor Han Mingxiang,the First National Famous Chinese Medicine

Objective: Using data mining technology to dig clinical characteristics and rules of differentiation and treatment of Insomnia by professor Han Mingxiang,a well-known traditional Chinese Medicine.Summary and generalize his academic thoughts on the treatment of Insomnia,study on the regularity of Clinical medication for Insomnia and inherit his clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia in the characteristics of clinical experience.Method: During January 2017-December 2018,Through following clinic,I collecting and sorting out 101 cases of insomnia patients’ clinical medical record data provided by professor Han in clinic of doctors don of The first affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Then using "data processing software V3.1 of TCM inheritance"(Research and Development of Information Center of Anhui traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital)collection and analysis of clinical data,and discuss the results of data mining,summarize and generalize his clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia,the rule of application of medicine and academic thought.Results: This subject collected 101 cases of insomnia patients with a total of 271 medical records and analyzed the data,the results are as follows:1.According to the frequency from high to low,the sort sequence is: syndrome of liver-fire disturbing heart,deficiency of both heart and spleen,syndrome of phlegm-fire confusing heart,deficiency of qi in middle-jiao.2.Among all the consultations,the top 10 drugs with the highest number of occurrences are: Cortex albiziae,Tangerine peel,Angelica sinensis,Pporia with hostwood,Spina Date Seed,Atractylodes,Astragalus,Chinese thorowax ro ot,Gardenia.3.There are nine drug pairs: Poria with hostwood-Cortex albiziae,Spina Date Seed-Cortex albiziae,Platycladi seed-Cortex albiziae,Tree Peony Bark-Gardenia,Radix Codonopsis-Atractylodes,Radix Codonopsis-Astragalus,Radix Cod onopsis-Angelica sinensis,Radix Codonopsis-Tangerine peel,Spina Date Seep A ngelica sinensis.4.There are three drug combinations: Spina Date Seed-Pporia with hostwo od-Cortex albiziae,Pporia with hostwood-Angelica sinensis-Cortex albiziae,Por ia with hostwood-Tangerine peel-Cortex albiziae.5.There is one core prescription and drug composition for: Chinese thoro wax root,Gardenia,Astragalus,Tangerine peel,Pporia with hostwood,Atractyl odes,Cortex albiziae,Spina Date Seed,Angelica sinensis,Blighted Wheat.Conclusions: Analysis of the research results of the data processing system software in our hospital and summarize the law of Professor Han’s diagnosis and treatment of insomnia.The results are as follows:1.Professor Han thinks the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia is Yin and Yang fail to cross,Yin deficiency can not accept Yang,Yang prosperity can not enter Yin,heart does not dominate vitality,and vitality is restless and sleepless;2.Professor Han’s diagnosis and treatment of Insomnia good at grasping the pathogenesis,pulse syndrome,insight into the main symptoms,three-way measures;3.Professor Han has many special features on the drugs,such as using C lassical prescription specially and replenishing blood for tranquillization,Often use qi-regulating drug,Attack and compensation,Common playing outstanding,Dialectical treatment,Coordination yin and yang,Appreciate the spleen and st omach,don,t rule out strong medicine,etc;4.The core prescription has an effect on soothe the liver and regulate the Qi,replenishing blood for tranquillization.In clinical treatment,the core prescription can be applied to the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia,which is valuable for clinical research.
