| Objective: to analyze the compatibility of Professor Mi Ziliang’s prescription of Pinellia ternata-Coptis chinensis-Radix Pseudostellariae and the distribution of diseases and syndromes by data mining,so as to summarize the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine and inherit the academic thought of famous doctors.Methods: an electronic database was established based on the four diagnosis and prescription information of Professor Mi Ziliang’s medical records of Pinellia ternata,Coptis chinensis and Radix Pseudostellariae from 2016 to 2019,and the frequency statistics of the data were carried out.At the same time,the following software was used to further analyze the data: the Apriori algorithm contained in IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 was used to analyze the symptoms,and the association rules contained in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform(v3.0)were used to analyze the tongue and pulse information.The comprehensive analysis of symptoms,tongue and pulse by the complex network of gephi0.9.2,and the analysis of the compatibility of drugs in the prescription by systematic clustering and factor analysis contained in IBM SPSS Statistics25.0.Results: a total of 304 medical records were collected in this study,involving 9 types of diseases,including spleen and stomach disease,heart disease,encephalopathy,,limb meridian disease,ENT diseases,gynecopathy and so on.the main high-frequency diseases are stomachache,insomnia,stomach ruffian,diarrhea,pantothenic acid,constipation,vertigo and so on.A total of 143 symptoms were recorded in the medical records.The high-frequency symptoms were epigastric distension,stomachache,belching,acid regurgitation,heartburn,somnolence,diarrhea,dry mouth,fatigue,dizziness,bitterness and so on.According to the association rules,the main symptoms were epigastric distension.The medical cases involved 21 kinds of tongue images,including crack in tongue,red tongue,white coating,less fur,light red tongue,yellow tongue and so on.The support degree of association rules was 30 and the confidence was 0.7.19 groups of tongue image combinations and 8 association rules were obtained.There are 12 kinds of pulse in medical records,including thin pulse,pulse string,pulse right Guan show,pulse left Guan show and so on.The support degree of association rules is 50 and the confidence is 0.9.18 groups of pulse combinations and30 association rules are obtained.Complex network analysis shows that the core tongue pulse disease is thin pulse,pulse string,epigastric distension,pulse right Guan show,tongue crack,tongue red,pulse left Guan show,white coating.A total of 190 kinds of flavors were used in the medical records.In terms of frequency,except for304 times of each of the three medicines in the horn medicine,the high-frequency drugs were Jiao Sanxian,Magnolia officinalis,spiral flower,calcined corrugated,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fructus Aurantii,Fructus Atractylodis,Fructus Aurantii,etc.in the medicine,the four properties are mainly warm,flat and cold,and the five tastes are bitter bitter sweet,and the taste of the medicine is mainly spleen,stomach,lung and liver meridian.The results of cluster analysis showed that the compatibility results of 7 groups were C1;Salvia miltiorrhiza,Gastrodia elata,Pueraria lobata;C2:Angelica sinensis,semen Raphani;C3: nocturnal vine,calamus,wild jujube seed;C4:Fructus Aurantii,Cuttlebone,Curcuma zedoary,Fritillary bulb,Hedyotis diffusa,Radix Ophiopogonis,Rhizoma Bletillae;C5: calcined corrugated,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,yam,tangerine peel;C6: Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Glycyrrhizae;C7: Jiao San Xian,twirling flower,chicken inner gold,dandelion,bergamot.A total of 11 meaningful combinations were obtained by factor analysis: F1 cuttlebone,Fritillary bulb,calcined corrugated seed;F2 night cross vine,Acorus calamus,wild jujube seed,dandelion;F3 Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,tangerine peel,yam;F4 consistent with C2;F5 consistent with C6;F6 zedoary,Baiji,Hedyotis diffusa;F7 consistent with C1;F8 Inula Flower,Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Aurantii;F9 Magnolia bergamot,Fingered citron;F10 Corydalis,Ophiopogon;F11Endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,Jiao Sanxian.Conclusion:(1)Rhizoma Pinelliae,Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Pseudostellariae as the core prescription drugs are mainly used to treat many diseases of the spleen and stomach system,as well as other system diseases closely related to the ascending and descending function of the spleen and stomach,such as insomnia.Vertigo and so on,the core symptom of its treatment is epigastric distension,and the main pathogenesis is the syndrome of cold and heat,viscera,qi and blood imbalance caused by the imbalance between the middle and earth.(2)In the taste of Pinellia ternata,Coptis chinensis and Radix Pseudostellariae,most of the drugs are mild in temperament,and their efficacy is mainly in the treatment of spleen and stomach.Horn medicine can be flexibly used in combination with other drugs or drug groups to enhance its therapeutic effect,such as Cornus officinalis,Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Aurantii,Fructus Aurantii,Cuttlebone Cuttlebone,Curcuma zedoary,Fritillaria thunbergii,Hedyotis diffusa,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Ophiopogonis and enhance and smooth qi and blood.Or expand the scope of treatment,such as horn medicine combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza,Gastrodia elata,Pueraria lobata to form the basic prescription for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,with Angelica sinensis,semen Raphani to form the basic prescription for the treatment of constipation,and so on.(3)In the process of studying the experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine,horn medicine theory can more clearly and intuitively show the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,the idea of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation and the thought of treatment,which is of great benefit to learning and inheriting the academic experience of famous doctors.(4)the data mining method can comprehensively analyze the academic thought of famous doctors from the aspects of disease,syndrome,treatment,prescription and medicine,which is worth popularizing and applying. |
