Observation On The Treatment Of Functional Defecation Disorder Due To Spleen And Lung Deficiency With Ear Acupuncture Point Sticking The Seed Of Vaccaria And Biofeedback Therapy

Objective This subject objectively evaluates the feasibility,effectiveness and clinical advantages of ear acupunctur point sticking the seed of vaccaria combined with biofeedback therapy in treating due to spleen and lung deficiency FDD by comparing the indexes before and after treatment,and explores a new way of Syndrome differentiation and treatment of FDD.Methods 60 cases of FDD patients at the Outpatient and Inpatient Department of Anorectal Center of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into biofeedback group and comprehensive treatment group according to random number table.Thirty patients in the comprehensive treatment group were treated with ear acupunctur point sticking the seed of vaccaria combined with biofeedback therapy,and 30 patients in the biofeedback group were treated with biofeedback therapy alone.The two groups were treated with 5 days as a course of treatment,after 4 courses of treatment,the constipation symptom score,quality of life score,pelvic floor Glazer evaluation,anorectal manometry and balloon extrusion were compared between the two groups by statistical software analysis,and the cure rate and efficiency of the two groups were evaluated.Results(1)After treatment,the scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores in the comprehensive treatment group were improved compared with those in the biofeedback group(P<0.05),and the total score of constipation symptoms in the comprehensive treatment group was significantly better than that in the biofeedback group(P<0.01).The PAC-QOL scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,PAC-QOL scores in the comprehensive treatment group were significantly better than those in the biofeedback group(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,the pelvic floor EMG and anorectal pressure were improved in both groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the pelvic floor EMG and anorectal pressure in the comprehensive treatment group were significantly improved than those in the biofeedback group(P<0.05).(3)The curative effect analysis of the two groups of patients after treatment showed that the cure rate of the comprehensive treatment group was 30.00%,the effective rate was 93.33%;the cure rate of the biofeedback group was 16.67%,and the effective rate was 76.67%.The negative rate of balloon extrusion test in the comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher than that in the biofeedback group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ear acupunctur point sticking the seed of vaccaria combined with biofeedback therapy has good clinical synergy and satisfactory clinical efficacy in treating FDD of spleen and lung deficiency type.It has certain effect in improving constipation symptoms,pelvic floor muscle function and quality of life of patients.It makes up for the shortcomings of using biofeedback therapy alone in treating FDD and is worthy of clinical promotion.
