| Objective: In this study,acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema was used to treat patients with tubal umbrella adhesion infertility,by observing the improvement of tubal patency,intrauterine pregnancy rate,TCM symptoms and local signs after treatment,explore the effectiveness and safety of treatment methods,and provide new ideas and some clinical evidence for TCM treatment of infertility.Methods: 82 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was enema with traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema.After 3 menstrual cycles,the patency of the fallopian tube umbrella,the improvement of TCM symptoms and local signs were observed in the two groups,and the pregnancy was followed up for 6 months.Through SPSS24.0 statistical software,data processing and analysis of research results.Result: 1 The completion of the experimental cases: 1 patient in the treatment group(due to the patient’s unauthorized withdrawal),and 1 in the control group(actively withdrawn due to personal reasons).2 General information and basic condition: After statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.3 The patency effect of the oviduct end of the fallopian tube: 77.5% in the treatment group and 45% in the control group after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.4 Pregnancy rate: After 3 courses of treatment,the pregnancy was followed up for 6 months,the intrauterine pregnancy rate was 35% in the treatment group,and 12.5% in the control group.After statistical analysis,the difference in intrauterine pregnancy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).),the treatmentgroup was superior to the control group.5 TCM symptom efficacy: The scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than before treatment,indicating that the two treatment options have improved the TCM symptoms of patients.The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group.After statistical analysis,the total effective rate difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.6 local signs of efficacy: the scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than before treatment,indicating that the two treatment options have improved the local signs of the patient.The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group.After statistical analysis,the total effective rate difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture and Chinese medicine enema treatment methods have no adverse reactions in clinical practice and have high safety.2.The method of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema and the method of enema only using traditional Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms of TCM,local signs and tubal patency of blood stasis patients,and the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema is better,indicating the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The treatment method has a good improvement effect on the blood stasis state and the tubal umbrella adhesion of the patient,and provides a new idea and clinical basis for the treatment of the fallopian tube endoscopic lesion.3.Although the intrauterine pregnancy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,the intrauterine pregnancy rate was not high in both that the function and shape of the umbrella tube end are only one of the prerequisites successful conception.Pregnancy is a complex process.In addition to being associated with the fallopian tubes,there are many factors related to factors such as ovulation factors and immune factors.Provide new ideas for clinical treatment and research in the future. |
