Clinical Observation Of Nasal Endoscopy And Internal Yingxiang Acupuncture And Blood Stasis For Perennial Allergic Rhinitis And Its Effect On Serum SP Level

1.Purpose(1)To evaluate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic nasal infusion and internal Yingxiang acupoint phlegm and blood stasis in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis;(2)To observe the changes of serum total SP levels in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis by nasal endoscopic nasoqi and Nei Yingxiang acupuncture and blood stasis,and to explore the mechanism of this method in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis..2.Method Sixty patients with perennial allergic rhinitis who met the relevant diagnostic criteria and included criteria in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The experimental group was the nasal endoscopic nasal mound and the internal Yingxiang acupuncture and blood stasis treatment group,once a week;the control group was treated with fluticasone nasal spray nasal spray,once a day;both groups were treated continuously.4 weeks was a course of treatment,and the main symptoms and signs of AR before and after treatment for 4 weeks were recorded,and the serum SP content was measured by Elisa method 24 hours before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(stop treatment 1 day before the test).Statistical data were used to compare the scores of main symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and serum SP levels.The main symptoms,physical scores and serum SP levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared between groups.3.Results Before and after treatment,the main symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared between the two groups.The results showed that before the treatment,the scores of the main symptoms and physical signs of the two groups were compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;The scores of the main symptoms and signs in the latter two groups were compared,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.This indicates that the two groups are related to the improvement of the main symptoms and signs.The scores of main symptoms and physical signs in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The results were P=0.000,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Both treatment methods can significantly improve the main symptoms and signs.In terms of overall efficacy,the effective rate of the experimental group was 70.0%,the total effective rate was 93.3%,the effective rate of the fluticasone group was 73.3%,and the total effective rate was 96.6%.The two groups were compared by rank sum test,P>0.05.The difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the efficacy of nasal endoscopic nasal incision and internal Yingxiang point puncture and bloodletting for treatment of AR was comparable to that of fluticasone.By analyzing the serum SP content of patients before and after treatment,the serum SP difference between the two groups before treatment was not significant,P=0.721(P>0.05),no statistical significance;after treatment,the serum SP levels of the two groups were reduced to varying degrees,The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both methods can significantly reduce the serum SP content in patients.The difference between the two groups after treatment,P=0.034,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the experimental group had better effects on serum SP content than the control group.4.Conclusion Nasal endoscopic nasal mound and internal Yingxiang acupoints blood stasis for the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis clinically significant,and fluticasone nasal spray nasal spray treatment is equivalent,worthy of clinical promotion.The serum SP content of patients treated with nasal endoscopic nasal hyalinia and Nei Yingxiang acupuncture blood stasis was significantly lower than that of fluticasone nasal spray.The possible mechanism of action of this method was to inhibit patients with allergic rhinitis.Neurogenic inflammatory responses in the nasal mucosa release neuropeptides to improve clinical symptoms.
