Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined With Interventional Therapy For Adult Avascular Necrosis Of The Femoral Head Blood Stasis Type Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of interventional treatment of adult early stage of avascular necrosis of femoral head of stasis type combined with Taohong siwu decoctionMethods:60 cases(73 hips)who was diagnosised as adult avascular necrosis of femoral head the stage of Ficat 0-II and in line with the inclusion criteria and follow-up,including 18 cases of stage 0,27 cases of stage I,28 cases of stage II,would be selected in the research during November 2016 to October 2017 in Shanxi integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital.All of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Interventional treatment was using Seldinger percutaneous surgicad technique guided by DSA,and femoral artery with papaverine,ligustrazine,low molecular dextran and urokinase.Both groups 2 days after surgery would intravenous administration for 5 days and early functional exercise with the same method,frequency and intensity and absolutly avoid weighting or walking for a long time.The treatment group based on the control group and adds with Taohong siwu decoction,one time a day,oral 12 weeks.Postreatment 1 day,12 weeks,we observated 2 groups the pain of hips,function,imagelogy diversity and hemorheology.All the data of the two groups were analysised by SPSS 19.0.Results:1?General data comparison: There was no significant difference between two groups in terms of gender,age and Ficat classification(p>0.05).2,Pain score comparison of hip: There was no significant difference between two groups in terms of pain score in postintervention 1 day(p>0.05),but there was significant difference in 12 weeks(p<0.05).3?Harris hip Joint Function Scale: There was no significant difference between two groups in the terms of hip joint function in postintervention 1 day(p>0.05),but there was significant difference in 12 weeks(p<0.05).4,Contrast dyeing ranged near the femoral head: There was no significant difference between two groups in terms of the contrasting ranged near the femoral head in postintervention 1 day(p>0.05),but there was significant difference in 12 weeks(p<0.05).5.Imaging Ficat stage changed: There was no significant difference between two groups in terms of imaging ficat stage changed in postintervention 1 day and 12 weeks(p>0.05).6,The comparison of haemorheological indexes: There was no significant difference between two groups in terms of haemorheological indexes in postintervention 1 day(p>0.05),but there was significant difference in 12 weeks(p<0.05).7,Clinical effects: Followed-up 3 months,there was significant difference of two groups in terms of clinical effects(p<0.05).Conclusion: Adult avascular necrosisi of femoral head at the early stage by interventional treatment,on the basis of conventional combined with Taohong siwu decoction,which can better relieve painful,improve hip joint function and negotiate blood vessels around femoral head and neck regions.
