Clinical Observation Of Men Shi Xiao Pi Tang In Treating Functional Dyspepsia Of The Deficiency Cold Of Spleen And Stomach

Objective: To observe the safety and efficacy of Men shi xiao pi tang in treating functional dyspepsia with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach,and provide new methods and treatment ideas for the treatment of functional dyspepsia with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach.Methods:Sixty patients who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were selected and divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30)according to the principle of randomization and control.The control group was treated with oral domperidone 10 mg once a day for 3 weeks,and the treatment group was treated with Men shi xiao pi tang for 3 weeks,1 doses per day,on the basis of control group.By comparing TCM syndromes integral and safety index before and after treatment,the effectiveness and safety of Men shi xiao pi tang were evaluated,and the relevant data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software,and the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.Comprehensive curative effect comparison:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 96.67% and the curative effect index was 68.98 ±23.51.The total effective rate of the control group was 73.33% and the curative effect index was 55.38 ±23.87.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM symptom integral : The total scores of symptoms before treatment was 54.33 ± 6.07 in the treatment group and 52.47 ± 10.47 in the control group.The total scores symptoms after treatment was 16.50 ±12.53 in the treatment group and 23.30 ±13.40 in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).3.Single clinical symptom comparison : The treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05)in improving the main symptoms(post-prandial fullness,early satiety,epigastric pain,upper abdominal burning and mental fatigue).4.Safety: There were no undesirable reactions of abdominal pain and diarrhea,heart function,renal function and liver function injury in the two groups during the treatment period.The safety indexes before and after treatment were good in both groups.Conclusion:Men shi xiao pi tang combined with domperidone tablets can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia,spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome,high safety,worthy of further clinical application.
