Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris By Pengxing Tongmai Granule

Objective: Through prospective experiment,to observe and analysis the clinical effect of Peng xing tong mai granule on coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris by observing the therapeutic effects of TCM symptoms,dynamic electrocardiogram,angina pectoris and nitroglycerin arrest rate.Methods: 62 patients who met the experimental conditions were selected,all of whom were diagnosed with stble angina pectoris.All the enrolled patients were treated with 6g Peng xing tong mai granules(6g/ bag),3 times a day,1 bag each time.The treatment and observation were conducted for three month.The experiment used self-control to record and compare the single integral and total integral of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,the curative effect of angina pectoris(the number of attacks of angina pectoris,the duration of attacks of angina pectoris,the degree of pain during attacks of angina pectoris),the change of dosage of nitroglycerin and the change of dynamic electrocardiogram data.The data obtained from the experiment were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 software.Results?1.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: Through comparing the total score of syndromes before and after treatment,the score data showed that the total score of syndromes was significantly reduced after treatment,and the difference between the former and latter scores was statistically significant(P <0.01).After treatment,the total effective rate was 88.71%,among which 22 cases(35.48%)has achieved significant effect,33 cases(52.22%)has achieved effect,and 7cases(11.29%)has achieved no effect.There were no further cases.2.The curative effect of angina pectoris:After treatment with Pengxing Tongmai Granule,the number of attacks of angina pectoris was significantly reduced,the duration of attacks was significantly shortened,and the degree of pain during attacks was significantly improved.3.The Therapeutic effect of electrocardiogram :The changes of ECG in patients with angina pectoris before and after treatment were compared.It was found that the ECG of patients with angina pectoris improved significantly after treatment.4.The use of nitroglycerin: After treatment,the number of nitroglycerin tablets used per week in the patients in the study group decreased significantly.Conclusion:Pengxing Tongmai Granule can better improve the total score of TCM syndromes of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,and reduce the degree of angina pectoris attack.It can significantly improve the electrocardiogram of patients with angina pectoris,and reduce the number of nitroglycerin tablets used by patients.Peng Xing Tongmai Granule can greatly improve the quality of life and labor ability of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and has a wide range of clinical therapeutic value.
