Purpose:We will To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of particles of Chixiangshen through heart in treating the disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and then to discuss the mechanism of drug action.Methods:We randomly divided60patients who conformed to qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and trial inclusion criteria into test group and control group, each group of30people. The test group and the control group were respectively given particles of Chixiangshen through heart and their placebos at twice everyday po. At the same time the two groups were given the basic treatment of western medicine (Aspirin100mg and Atorvastatin calcium(Lipitor)100mg once a day po, and the Nitroglycerin is sublingual when necessary). At the beginning of the test, the doctor treated patients on syndrome differentiation and gave different prescriptions. When the second weeks and the fourth weeks of the test, the doctor modified the prescriptions on syndrome differentiation. The total treatment time is8weeks. After that we will to observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of drugs.Results:1. Particles of Chixiangshen through heart can significantly reduce angina attack frequency, duration and degree of pain, compared with the control group, no statistically significant(p>0.05).2. Particles of Chixiangshen through heart can significantly improve chest pain, chest tightness,palpitations, shortness of breath, heavy limbs TCM syndromes, compared with the control group.no statistically significant (p>0.05).3. Nitroglycerin stopped by before and after treatment:the experimental group stopped the rate of73.33%,80.00%of the control group stopped by, no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Particles of Chixiangshen through heart can relieve angina symptoms in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, can reduce the amount of nitroglycerin.2. Particles of Chixiangshen through heart can effectively improve the TCM syndrome manifestations in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
