purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Jiangya Decoction in the treatment of hyperactivity of liver-yang hyperactivity,and to explore its mechanism of action.method:68 cases were selected from the inpatient department of Cardiovascular Department of Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 1,2017 to April 30,2018,which was diagnosed as essential hypertension,and the dialectical classification of TCM was The patient of the card.68 patients were numbered according to the admission time,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table.The experimental group was given nifedipine controlled release tablets 30 mg,once a day to add Yinqiao Jiangtang,200 ml twice daily;the control group was given nifedipine controlled release tablets 30 mg once a day for 3 months.The TCM syndromes of the subjects were scored and compared before and after treatment;the blood pressure control was observed in the morning and afternoon at 18:00 before and after treatment;the changes of blood glucose,blood lipids and blood uric acid levels before and after treatment were compared.The subjects were monitored for electrocardiogram before and after treatment,and three routine changes were compared to compare their safety.All collected data were processed using SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis software.result:1.In the improvement of patients' symptoms,the control group and the experimental group were significantly decreased,but the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.2.In terms of improving the effectiveness of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the control group was 50.4%,and the total effective rate of the test group was 87.8%.The test group was significantly higher than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In the improvement of the main symptoms of liver yang syndrome,dizziness,head pain and irritable irritability,the experimental group was higher than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the improvement of secondary symptoms,the experimental group improved significantly in flushing,dry mouth and mouth pain(P<0.05),but the improvement in eye red,constipation and sputum was not statistically significant compared with the control group.(P>0.05).5.For the control of blood pressure of the subjects,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of blood pressure control rate in the morning,but the blood pressure control rate test group was significantly higher than the control group at 18:00,which was statistically significant.6.The patient's blood sugar,blood lipids,blood uric acid control,the test group was significantly better than the control group.7.In the whole observation period,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients,and the vital signs were stable.There were no abnormalities in the three routine and electrocardiograms.conclusion:Yangyin Jiangya Decoction combined with modern medicine for the treatment of hypertensive patients with liver-yang hyperactivity can achieve a stable and long-lasting antihypertensive effect,and it can improve the patient's self-conscious symptoms,and can effectively control the risk factors related to cardiovascular disease.The prognosis plays a good role.
